What has become my weekly visit to valor vapor went as expected. The employees here are incredibly personable and helpful. They listen and provide technical expertise as well as opinions. I am getting to the poimt where I would like to venture into coil building and drippers. When I explained that to Jack, he made sure to go over all of the ins and outs with me. He pointed out things that a novice would not know, things that a seasoned expert in coil building and vaping would know. After taking all that time to explain everything to me, also with politely helping other customers he offered to run me through a basic coil building seminar if you will. These people are absolutely dedicated to their customers and helping the general public 6 vaping. How to do it, what to expect, in and outs and above all else safety. Thank you to Jack and the other employees that take such pride in their store.

Best selection of juices I’ve come across. Everything’s made in house right as you order it. Staff is courteous and the customer service is spot on. Jack is always cool. Try the top shelf juice.

I’ve been to the one in awatukee area and I fell in love but since then I had to move, I now travel to this one. Not the same I bought 2 juices from them both Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavors and they have no idea what they are doing for the flavor I guess, tasted so bad I threw it away.

After visiting just about every vape shop in the area this has become a second home to me.
Amazing staff, well educated on their products.
What makes valor different is that all juices are made on site. It’s all house juice and made in the in store clean room lab. You can watch it being made.
Great prices, the best around for juice. A huge selection of flavors and the ability to create anything you can imagine to vape.
You have a customer for life.

I gave them five start because their service is great very clean. I went in there with a coworker he needed a bigger tank for his mod box the guy behind the counter was very informative as what type of tank he should get and got him a great deal on a tank for his mod box. Well I was in there I got two good tasting juices

I had such an amazing experience with Valor Vapor 2 the gentleman that I worked with were so kind so helpful and so knowledgeable. they even let me take back a battery I recently purchased from them because I wanted to get a Atomizer instead. Jax and Paul helped me find exactly what I was looking for and they were very patient with me which I really appreciated. Valor Vapor 2 is one of the best vaping companies I have been to. I will surely be a life long customer!!!

Best vape shop I’ve ever been to and will continue to frequent. Jack, Carl, Keith and the rest of the staff are the most helpful and professional folks you could ask for. The blends are amazing, every single one… but if the blends they make aren’t your speed the base menu is where you can customize a juice to your preference. Go on in, try the flavors, and just relax as the shop is also a lounge where you can just sit, chill out and vape… what more could you ask for in a shop?

So I was looking for a vape place and I stumbled across this place. Lets just say, Im glad I did.
Its a really clean place. And the guys working there were upbeat and really helpful. I was looking to duplicate one of my old juice flavors that I bought in gilbert at some random place. Keith helped me out with it and suggested I mix peppermint with menthol.
The coolest part was after he wrote concoction down, he sent it up through this air tube that shoots all the way to the back of the shop in their room where they make the juices. They even let me see what the room looked like. Its like an air sealed office/​lab, and they make it a point to keep it as sterile as possible.
They also offered a referral card where you write your name on the card and give it to a friend. They go in with that card and if they spend $ 10+ that visit them you get a free bottle of juice. Pretty dope.

I’m a big fan of Valor Vapor! So glad they just opened a new shop at Thunderbird and the 17. Jack Keith and Carl are some of the most helpful guys when it comes to getting your vape style just right for your individual needs. They are all more than happy to sample through flavors and break down different options for your own happy use. Any question they can help with and with a great positive attitude. They are really geared towards lasting customer impressions and you can tell every time you walk through the doors. Thanks again guys and keep up the good work!
