Victor Zannis, MD

This may be premature as I just had my breast augmentation a week ago but his staff was INCREDIBLE and from what I have seen of «the twins», I am elated! Everyone was SO nice and comforting. From Veronica at the front desk to the nurses and Dr. Zannis himself, everyone was amazing and put me at complete ease (and I was a nervous wreck). I called several times post op and they were all SO helpful and understanding. I am still swollen but from what I see I am SO happy (and my husband is even happier!).

Dr. Zannis came highly recommended and I understand why. The only time I ever visited a doctor (specialist or otherwise) without being asked for a copay up front on my first visit! They are so professional that the visit was all about the treatment, the financial end was dealt with later (and I mean later as in after surgery was performed some weeks later and I received a single bill for all services after insurance).
I found visiting their offices to be something of a time warp: a beautifully appointed office with a doctor and entire staff focused on me as a patient, not a consumer. The surgery went beautifully, and I was amazed at how well the scar healed within 6 months to being essentially invisible. Should you ever require a breast surgical consultation, there is a reason Dr. Z is considered one of the best in the Valley. I hope I may never need his services again … but he’ll be the only one I call if I do.

Hats off to the entire staff at the Breast Care Center Southwest. I recently had to visit for a cancer scare and the great staff there really made my experience a lot less frightening that it could have been. It’s the little things that count, they remembered my name, they offered me warm blankets when I was waiting topless on the bed for the doctor to arrive. Doctor Zannis was wonderful, he was extremely professional and was able to comfort and relax me at the same time. He really took the time out to explain the entire process to me (I had to undergo minor surgery to get a mass removed). He is a genius with the scalpel, I have a very small scar left from the incision. He has followed up many times with personal phone calls, just to check on how I am doing. I can’t say enough about how wonderful him and his entire team has been. If you’re ever unfortunate to have to go through this experience, choose Doctor Zannis. You’ll be glad you did.
