Dan from VIP has definitely put out a very professional vibe. I run a pool service in the Chandler/​Gilbert area, but I mainly provide cleaning/​minor repairs. When one of my weekly clients needed a more extensive repair, I found Dan from VIP Pools to do the job. He was able to give a very reasonable quote and get the job done very quickly so the homeowner can get back to enjoying his pool! In this business, it is all about who you know, and I will not hesitate to continue using Dan for all of my future repairs/​remodels. I contacted Dan from an ad that I saw in the Awhatukee Foothills local newspaper. Dan said he would come to my house the next day between 11a-​12pm, and that he would text me an hour before just to verify a time. After 12:30 rolled around, and still no word, I decided to go about my day. At 1:35, he text me to say he would be there in 15 minutes… Does reliability even matter anymore? Simple consideration. I would never do business with someone who works this way.
