Whew. Been awhile since I’ve been on Unilocal.You know what that means! AVOID THIS PLACE. My mother is a dental hygienist, so I’ve always been around dentistries and orthodontist facilities, and this is by far the worst service and work I’ve seen. Very very rude reception, don’t even try to say hi, they just throw a clipboard at you and keep reading their magazines. Very rude when it comes to the scheduling lady as well, they may as well have no one there and just a calendar to write in… literally there is no reason to be paying the reception employees.
By the way, did I mention I brought my friend here for an appointment at around 1:30pm, and we are still waiting to be helped at 3:10pm? This was followup appointment because we discovered when they filled my friend’s cavity, they actually sealed his molars together with the filling materials, so now they have to grind it all down and do it again! Love waiting hours for them to fix their mistakes!
The dentists and doctors are the only ones that are decently kind. But their work is questionable. Ultimately, this place is operated by a staff that does not care about you, they just want you out of the office with minimal interaction, and cash their checks every two weeks.
