Quality Poor to fair
My wife had recently broken her iPhone screen and I was looking for a place to get it fixed. The woman on the phone was friendly and helpful. Upon my arrival the two women at the front desk seemed friendly enough. They took my phone, wrote me up a receite for it and instructed me to come back in «a couple of hours». I returned two hours later only to be instructed to return in exactly one hour. Upon my arrival an hour later the Owner/​Manager/​Guy who went to get my phone seemed surprised to see me and told me he would have to retrive my phone from some undisclosed location. I was told by the Owner/Manager?Guy who went to get my phone that he would return promptly within 20 minutes with my phone so understandably I was a bit upset after 45 minutes of waiting. I politely asked one of the women at the front desk when I could expect to see the man who went to retrive my phone and I was rudely told that she was not in control of he’s actions and my «choice» to stay here and wait for my phone was not her problem. The iPhone screen replacement I received was not a new screen it was noticeably used but at that point I had be treated so rudely that I didn’t care to raise the point. Needless to say I will not be returning to this store for anything, ever.
