Walgreens

What is it with checkout people no matter where you go? They are having conversations with their co-​workers, other people in line besides you, people entering or leaving the store etc etc. This opens up the opportunity for them to enter something you are purchasing into the register incorrectly because they are not paying attention exclusively to YOU and YOUR order and are therefore distracted. Hello cashiers everywhere: PAY ATTENTION to the person you are checking out and ONLY that person. Basic cashier and customer service 101.
This happened to me at this store. The checkout person was having a conversation with another employee and he did not enter in my balance rewards card which evidently unlocks the advertised sale price on something I was buying. I personally handed this individual my card. I did not realize this until I got home and was going over my receipt and realized he screwed me over because he was not paying attention. So I overpaid for something because of his negligence. Thanks Walgreens I would surely «BE WELL» if I had the savings in my pocket I was screwed out of by your negligent employee. Pretty standard Walgreens! Most of the people who work there are nice. Never had any issues.

I would give no stars if allowed. Betty at checkout was extremely rude and abrasive. However manager working at the rear of store was helpful and gets the star here.

Really nice employees. Open until 12:00 so, it’s really convenient.

This is one of the few Walgreens with liquor… and a large liquor area. Not the best selection, but definitely good when you’re in a bad mood and just want a fricken drink.
Yeah… I had a lot of those days a while back and the poor kid behind the register actually waves at me when I walk in. lol
I like it though. Very quick to check out, never had a problem, and the clerks are friendly.
