I have been using this pharmacy for almost four years. Most of the time staff is friendly and helpful. My prescriptions are ready in a reasonable amount of time. Male pharmacist with dark is friendly and see him taking time with customers, sorry didn’t get his name.

I will NEVER go to Walgreen’s pharmacy again. Every time I make the mistake of having them try to fill a Rx they either can’t fill the entire prescription or have some issue with their system. I sat there from 7:30pm to 8:30pm, the only customer at the pharmacy waiting for a Rx i needed as i just had an emergency treatment. After waiting an hour, and no other customer came to the pharmacy during this time, i was told at 8:30pm they didn’t have my Rx in stock. Not only could the pharmacist could have cared less, he was rude about it This never happens at CVS and they take less than half the time of Walgreen’s fumbling trying to fill a basic Rx. Don’t waste your time at Walgreen’s. They are useless

Why am I not surprised this is the lowest ranked walgreens in the area, by a long shot.
When I got there to pick up my prescription they didn’t have it. Just, didn’t have it in stock. No one called me, no one told me anything. Pharmacist called a different walgreens and confirmed they had it in stock, he sent me there and assured me it would be there.
Guess what wasn’t there. Not only was it not ready, no one at that walgreens received a call from any other store.
Luckily there’s CVS, Target, Costco…

Long story short, the pharmacists seemed inconvenienced the three times I came to pick up my prescription. The first two times, I even arrived «after» the time they said it would be ready. The last time I went, it was ready, but this pharmacist (different from the previous two) sure treated me like a idiot. They don’t have to try to be my friends, but these people were plain rude.
Zero eye contact.

Generally, Walgreens is a great organization, but they definitely have a bad apple with this store. Rude, inconsistent employees. I complained to the Walgreens corporate office about them, but no response. I guess corporate does not care about customer service complaints.

Wonder how many hours of my life I have wasted waiting for shitty customer service from Walgreens pharmacists? Weird. Why do I keep returning? Don’t know. Will go anywhere else but here from now on

I’ve experianced multiple difficulty’s with this Pharmacy, from being rude to outright lies, that were backed up by the «traveling manager» (no longer with the company) and the store manager. After having spoken to a District Manager on more than one occasion, nothing has changed. We have moved all but one of our prescriptions to a new pharmacy with a whole lot less attitude. We only go there for the one prescription, as soon as we can, that will be moved as well so we’ll no longer have to deal with this location or Walgreen’s.

Unfortunately this location is close to my house and the worst location for a pharmacy. The wait time is too long for dropping off. They hardly ever have what I need. I haven’t been back in 8 years. I will gladly drive out of my way to 70 th and Shea to get my scripts which are always prompt at that location.

I use this Walgreens as my regular Pharmacy and thankfully, haven’t had the experience like the first reviewer had. I also come here for pretty much anything: snack food, beauty supplies, tissue paper, and to print out my photos, which is now rare, thanks to Facebook. This location is open 24 hours and has a drive-​thru pharmacy. It also has Redbox which is a plus. Staff has been pretty friendly to me and check out is always fast. I have been checked out at the front, by the photo stand, and even at the pharmacy when the line in the front is long and never had problems doing so. :)

Twice I’ve been to their pharmacy trying to get fairly common prescriptions filled (antibiotic for sinus infection and an anti-​fungal cream) and twice I’ve arrived to pick up my ‘script only to be told that they don’t have the item in stock. One time they kept me waiting for 45 minutes with a sick child before they told me they didn’t have what I need. Customer service was terrible and the pharmacy staff could have cared less. I won’t be going back.
