I had such a pleasant experience with Dr. Czyz and her staff! I called around to a few different Eye places asking for pricing & availability for an eye exam and contact lenses. From the first phone call, I immediately recognized the level of professionalism and experience. Maria quickly answered all my pricing questions and gave me an accurate timeline of how quickly I would get my contacts.
With the lowest price of $ 89 and a nice conversation with Maria, I booked a same day appointment on a Saturday. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and I filled out a 1-​page form. Once complete, Maria did some simple eye tests. One required air being blown into my eye! Once she was done, I waited a few minutes and Dr. Ozyz greated me for the eye exam. The consultation was quick, friendly and informative. She did all the usually «can your read the bottom line for me» questions and evaluated my eyes. She gave me a FREE pair of extended wear contact lenses that will last 4 – 6 weeks!
After she put the contacts in my eyes for me, I watched a 5 minute training video on how to use contacts. Then, another staff member came in to watch me take out and put in my contacts. They gave me a $ 3 coupon for contact solution and scheduled a 1-​week follow up.
I returned the next Saturday and met with Dr. Czyz again for just about 10 minutes. I was mainly just raving about how much I loved the contacts. I was able to see at concerts, while driving, and was able to sleep with them in while on a plane for business travel.
Thank you to Dr. Czyz and her wonderful staff! I’ll see you all in about a month to purchase my first order of contacts.
