Sean the store manager is amazing, he does great honest work. Sean has been helping my sister with her phone repairs for years and recently been doing repairs for me. It is rare to find a place that services and sells phones with the customers best interest in mind, but Sean and all the employees at this location truly care about their customers! I highly recommend Sean and his work!

There are kind and efficient here. I have bad luck with phones and they always come to the rescue to revive my phone. They always try to help me in the most cost efficient way they can. I have insurance through verizon and I still choose to come here because I can keep all my data, it’s cheaper, and I don’t have to send back my phone and have no phone for a a couple days!

Shawn was nothing but the best. Don’t go anywhere else for your phone or repair. He made right what Frank’s metro pcs on 35^th did wrong. Rob and Jodie

I’ve used the store for minor purchases but never to replace a glass for a phone. Saturday, March 14^th, I took my S4 with a cracked glass – I recently replaced the glass from a spot in PV Mall (next to JC Penny’s) – don’t go to this place because they used aftermarket glass – which breaks easily and the work is poor.
Sean fixed my S4 with the original glass and it looks great and works great. The workmanship was excellent. I have always had a great experience with this store.

This place can’t even call itself a business. It prints receipts that say you can return accessories and other wireless supplies and then once you try to return something you get a NO. Why even have it in your receipt that you can return accessories within 30 days if you’re not going to do that? Here’s a piece of advice, change your receipt policy to clarify what you mean otherwise you might as well run the business out of the trunk of a car.
They are not even registered with the BBB that should say something, about their practices.

This place is a disgrace. I took my Lg G2 to have the glass replaced. I brought it in and the work was done in a few hours.
Within hours the glass began to lift from the phone.
I called Shawn the Owner/​Repair Man and told him the problem. He said that he would order a new Bezel that holds the glass. This should take a few day.
So when the part cam e in on a Thursday I said great. I wasn’t able to pick up the phone until Saturday. Bright and early Saturday I should up.
I was told by and associate that they would not fix the phone because there was a new crack on the screen.
YES there was. Right where the screen was lifting because of the poor work Shawn had done. It wouldn’t have compromised the phone if he hadn’t broke it more. The associate sales guy couldn’t do anything with Shawn’s permission.
SO Tuesday I called to speak to Shawn to come to some kind of understanding and resolve this problem.
I was sickened by his vulgar words and attacks.
He called my a stupid bitch trying to get something for free.
FUNNY CAUSE NOW HE WAS OFFERING ME THE BEZEL FOR FREE.
I didn’t want anything for free, Just the repairs I paid for!!!
Not at all. I work hard for my money. I take care of 3 kids and a disabled husband. So money is very carefully spent.
I expect honest work from honest pay. Period.
I would not recommend anyone to do business here.
His business ethics are in the gutter.
The quality of work is even worse.
And to be more insulting they keep asking for more money.
WE all work too HARD TO LET BUSINESS IN OUR COMMUNITY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US!

My s3 made it 2 years before the screen cracked from a drop. Figured I would just upgrade soon anyways so oh well. Met Sean and he said he could fix it, and it would be worth more once I upgraded and could sell it, so figured why not.
Well finally took it in to get it done,. Really expected I would be able to tell it had been replaced, but it is ABSOLUTELY flawless! Screen works better than it has in a long time and is beautiful! Will probably just keep this phone now as I don’t have any other issues with it.
Great job Sean and the very friendly crew! Will highly recommend them to everyone I meet!

i was sent here by another local cell phone repair business because they couldn’t repair the cracked screen on my note 2. the owner came in on his day off just to fix my phone… AWESOME! needless to say, i am one VERY happy customer, and will definitely return if i ever need my cell phone repaired. :)

Sean is the man and all the staff is helpful and knowledgeable about everything. He can fix any phone at a reasonable price.
