WorldMark Phoenix – South Mountain Preserve

Big fat Zero! We are visiting friends from out of town and they were nice enough to put us up in their time share. The unit is spacious, the bed is comfy, and the kitchen is nice… But the people element is an epic fail.
During the first 24 hours we were solicited for a time share presentation 3 times (mind you, these guys were very pushy). We finally accepted and got up early on our Saturday morning for a «breakfast» and their presentation.
When we arrived, no one was in the office to meet us. After waiting for 10 – 15 minutes, an «associate» came in and attempted to find our paperwork. She was unable to find our paperwork and said she wasn’t authorized to fill it out again. Oh… But we can get up early again tomorrow and come back then. WTH???
So let’s get this right… You ask us, 3 times to attend this meeting. We show up (foregoing sleeping in on a Saturday) only to be denied breakfast that you promised us, a refusal to fill out paperwork again, and an empty offer to «come back tomorrow» should you have your act together then.
No thanks! You wasted enough of our time.

This is one of my favorite locations thus far. The garage was a fun addition, but the location is what makes this a great vacation. You are backed up to mountains and can easily explore the Phoenix area. Will definitely be visiting again.

Lovely rooms. Very clean. Staff was extremely kind and informative. Only downside was that there had been water damage at some point in the ceiling in the living room and the ceiling had not repaired, so it looked a little neglected. Really unfortunate because the rest of the experience was very nice.

The rooms here are awesome, We didnt had any charges for WiFi and the staff here is very friendly and helpful.
The room we got they gave us has a Jacuzzi tub and I LOVE it! Will probably spend every night in it lol,
The one thing though about Worldmark properties, you have to buy your own shampoo, unlike motels that give you a little bottle, but thats no big deal IMO, the kitchen is real nice, and it has a full size washer/​dryer and on top of it, some units have their own garages another nice thing about this property!
The only problem I found at this building, is some the electric sockets are lose, so I had to call front desk and they are sending someone to look/​fix them (also didnt want to be blamed for it and charged lol, so let them know if there is any problems)

It’s not their best WorldMark. Barely any amenities.
They charge for WiFi on top of their resort fees. There’s two tiny pools and two Jacuzzi/​spa. There’s something. Their gym is tummy with one treadmill, elliptical, and some hand weights. They do have water for you for drinking.
The kitchen is well stocked with almost everything you need.
Overall very quiet. Clean. Loved the garage attached to the unit. Not sure how many points a night it is for a two bedroom two bathroom suite.
It’s a new addition to the Wyndham family. much more improvement is needed.
