Don’t buy here except in person. I purchased a refrigerator online and had shipped to my house. It arrived missing the ice bin and several pieces of trim. And worst of all, they had not secured the shaves inside before shipment. The loose shelves moving during shipment damaged the inside of the refrigerator.
Numerous calls were not returned. The only email that was answered said they would look into it, then nothing. I definitely would not trust another online purchase with them and they certainly misrepresented the condition of the appliance.

Great deals on high-​end appliances. Some are slightly used or dented, but reconditioned. Owner will work to make sure all appliances are working or in as-​stated condition. We got a scratched premium refrigerator for the price of a mid to lower-​range quality one. We recommend this business for appliances.

I will never do business with this company or recommend them to anyone. I’ve only done a few Unilocal reviews ever but since the owner of Xamusa insists I do one, here it is. I was happy with paying the advertised Craigslist price for their built in refrigerator but the condition and customer service from Xamusa was horrible. The frig was delivered with deep scratches inside and a broken drawer. A replacement drawer and touch up paint was promised but still not received after 3 months of asking for it. This refrigerator was advertised as like new condition with a full 6 month warranty and was assured it was in perfect condition both mechanically and cosmetically from the owner of the company. First week after delivery it leaked water ruining the hardwood flooring underneath and a few weeks later the compressor went out loosing all groceries. After 2 ½ months of this refrigerator not working, repairs were done with used parts and the unit is still not working correctly. Just yesterday when I contacted the owner of Xamusa about the frig still not staying cool inside he told me the warranty was voided, this was the second time he has tried to void the warranty. He said not to call or contact him again and to call someone else for the repair leaving me high and dry. His claim to void the warranty this time he said was because I refused to pay the travel fee on the compressor warranty call, that’s not what happened. I tried to pay with a credit card before the technician left but was told it was to late at night to call in the payment and the owner would call me the next day for it. The first time he tried to void my warranty was because I had not given a positive Unilocal review. This was two weeks into the 6 month warranty and there were problems with the refrigerator already surfacing, not to mention he never said anything to me about giving a review, it was not in the ad with the warranty information or in writing, but I was told multiple times after that I had to give a positive Unilocal review. Seeing only three other Unilocal reviews in the Phx area confirms this is not a warranty requirement. There have been alot of problems with communication as in not answering the phone or responding to written communication at times. The refrigerator has other issues that I’m willing to live with, I just needed it to keep food cold and frozen, but he tells me I’m being picky. I would love this refrigerator… if it worked.

We were recently remodeling our home and it was really important to me to find an amazing stove because I love to cook. However, most amazing stoves cost so much money. I heard about Xamusa from a friend and decided it was worth checking out. Don’t expect a showroom — Everything is stocked in a large warehouse primarily down one isle. This might not be for everyone but I actually found it much easier for shopping, and as result, you also don’t pay show room prices either!

If they don’t have what you’re looking for — No problem, just let them know and they can locate it for you. The customer service is fantastic and they even offer home delivery which is so important when buying larger items. If you need an appliance shipped — They also offer that option and will take care of all the details at minimal charge.
I have now purchased Wolf, Sub-​Zero, Viking, Thermador and Dacor appliances from Xamusa and I’m thrilled with all of it. My personal recommendation — Check out the amazing refurbished sub zero refrigerators. They’re a fraction of the price yet look brand new. It’s very impressive technology and the biggest bang for your buck!
