This place is amazing. I came here for the first time and had nothing but an excellent experience. I got the Caribbean pedicure and it came complete with a hot stone massage and paraffin wax treatment which was amazing. They carry top of the line polishes such as Essie and OPI Word of warning: if using GPS to find this place, it will not be helpful. Oaks nails is located behind the wawa in the oaks shopping center Happy feet and happy me!

I loved my experience at this spa. The place is very clean and they do not rush you out like some other places in the area do. Wee was great.

I’d give zero stars if I could. First, I called ahead to see if they could take 4 people for manicures together an a certain time because we had plans the rest of the day. They said they could so my friends and I went over five minutes before. No one was even close to being available and after 15 minutes I complained to a man by the door. Soon after one person came over. This man gave me the worse manicure I’ve ever received. He rushed through everything, told me the shape he was doing rather than asking — which is the only thing he really said to me. He aggressively cut my cuticles, to the point he cut me TWICE despite me telling him to be careful. Not what I need on my wedding day. I even had to ask him to put something on it rather than just dabbing it with the paper-towel on the table. Once he rushed through the polish he went back to someone else — I had to track down someone else to pay. All but one of my friends left without a manicure almost 45 minutes after when we arrived. Honestly, it’s the worst manicure experience I’ve ever had, even if the polish job is halfway decent.

Usually they are on point as I have been coming here for a couple of months now, but today was awful. I stopped in on a Tuesday around 4pm for a fill and a pedicure. Rose did my fill and completely rushed through the entire process. She didn’t smooth the acrylic out and now you can see lines and bumps under the polish. Before painting my nails I was moved to the pedicure chair and another lady started my pedicure while Rose finished painting my nails. Being 8 months pregnant, It was awkward and weird to reach across my body so she could paint my other hand. During the pedicure the lady burnt my toe with the callous remover and then kept asking me what happened when I told her my toe was burning. Apparently that’s never happened before. Around this time, I realized they were all rushing like crazy because a group of 5 ladies was coming in to get mani and pedi’s. If someone had told me I would get crap service just bc another group was coming, I would have gone somewhere else or come back another day. I don’t know if I will come back. I don’t need to spend that kind of money for crap service and to be rushed through. Pregnancy hormones aside, I’m really not happy and will be fixing my nails later myself.

What a great find! I’m from out of town and stopped in on a whim while my boyfriend was nearby at the convention center. The price for a pedicure was very reasonable but the quality of the work makes it an absolute steal! The place is very clean. It’s too bad I live over 4 hours away because this would be my nail spot without question.

Nice and clean inside. The prices are reasonable($ 25 for a gel manicure). The only downside is that I had to wait for about 10 minutes and no offer of water or coffee. But other than that, efficient and economical. Will definitely go back.

I went here off of Unilocal recommendations and they did NOT disappoint! They had a great variety of colors, the entire staff was happy and friendly even at the end of the night. It was extremely clean and was a very relaxing environment. Best massage chairs I’ve had at a nail salon too. They did a wonderful job and I think the pricing was really decent. I will definitely be going back!!! I absolutely recommend this place!

This is a new location for the shop which had previously been in Sanatoga. I followed them here because I’m a juvenile diabetic whose podiatrist also gets her nails done here and boasts about the cleanliness and immaculate salon! This is so TRUE! The owners and nail specialists are so attentive to the needs of all customers! Never ever making you feel ashamed of your«real» nails. I have had all the nail techs do my nails over the years and have had nothing but POSITIVE comments to make. LOVEOAKS Nails and the wonderful family who owns it!

Use a Dremel and a cheese grater for a pedicure. This place should be reported. Not to mention horrible service and since tips are cash only, I asked them to break a $ 20. The woman tried to pocket the entire amount. She is lucky I left her anything. Do not go here!

I was here from out of town this weekend and decided I wanted a pedi and gel fill… Lynn was great with the pedicure! They got extremely busy and only had 3 people working(with 5 – 6 people in the salon). I wasn’t in a rush so I just relaxed in the massage pedicure chair for almost an hour while they worked on other people. A man came in around 11:40(I started at 10am with the pedicure) and he took me for my gel fill as soon as he came in. Excellent work though! Well worth the wait! They were super busy though. Definitely recommend an appt! But overall it was a great experience! I’ll be back if I’m ever back in the area. :) and the prices were very reasonable!!!

I moved out of the area about 2 years ago and was visiting for the weekend. My mom and I had some free time on a Sunday and it is very difficult to find nail salons with Sunday hours. The few good reviews and Sunday hours drew us there. thankfully! This salon is new and beautiful! The ladies are so sweet and their customer service was top notch! They even offered us a glass of champagne, how fun! The quality of the pedicure was wonderful. Needless to say, when back in the area, I will certainly come back!

I have tried every nail place since moving to this area and have not found any I am in love with. This location recently opened and I am SO happy with it. They offer a menu with all different pedicure options. I had a $ 35.00 pedicure which included a long massage, hot rocks, and paraffin treatment. I have had three different technicians do my nails, and they looked fabulous every time. I have had my eyebrows done and they listened to how I like them. The salon is beautiful. There are a ton of colors to choose from in the back, too. The staff is so friendly and they make you feel very comfortable. Every time I am given the bill I am astonished at the price considering the high end experience they give. I have definitely finally found a «home» salon.

This is a new location for the previous owners of Optima Nails in Pottstown(and Douglassville). I can’t say enough good things about this new location — the new building, the location, the hours, and most importantly the staff are great. They offer everything you can imagine(nails, waxing, eyelash extensions) at crazy reasonable prices.
