Quality of foods was excellent. I visited for lunch and there was no other customers; which made me worried. However foods were excellent. They messed up food order and espresso machine wasn’t warmed up before we finished lunch. I took one star off for service.

I’ve passed Sage Mediterranean a number of times and finally decided to give it a try. I am so glad we did. From the moment we walked through the front door, we were greeted with the fragrance of spices, fish, steak and welcomed by the staff like members of the family. The Italian Wedding soup was AMAZING as were the entrees. The were very accommodating to special orders and the waiter’s recommendations were spot on. We are a family that shares our meals and everyone’s main course was delicious. Needless to say, there was nothing left on the plates. I particularly loved the shrimp risotto. This is my new favorite restaurant in Phoenixville and definitely worth the drive. I forgot to mention it’s a BYOB which is also a nice treat. Truly a gem.

I came back from a long trip, and I’ll I wanted was a good salad! I’ve driven by Sage multiple times and it always seems busy so I figured I would try it out. We started with some soft bread and butter. Simple but good. French onion soup: cheese was pungent, soup had no flavor, just not the greatest :( Sage salad: sweet pineapple(some of the best I’ve had), cranberries, light raspberry vinaigrette, smooth goat cheese on a huge bed of greens… A great summer choice The chicken kababs: considering this is a Mediterranean place, we had to… The chicken was so tender and everything on the plate had so much flavor. I loved it. I’m so glad I decided to randomly stop by here for lunch because both the food(except the French onion soup) and service were exceptional. Can’t wait to come back!

Prime location on Bridge Street in the heart of Phoenixville! My boyfriend and I gave Sage a try on a Friday night for dinner and weren’t disappointed. We recently moved to the area and never really frequented Mediterranean restaurants in the past. We started with a wonderful sampler where everything was so fresh. Best part is– they are byob! We ordered seafood pasta for the main course and it was loaded with the good stuff. You will get your money’s worth here! Not to mention quality you can taste paired with passionate service. Sage is beautiful inside and a great setting for an intimate dinner with a significant other, family or friends. I’m glad we went in, we will definitely be back soon!

My girlfriend and I tried this place out yesterday for the first time based on a recommendation by her parents. As Phoenixville frequenters we have walked by the place dozens of times and after our meal last night, wished we would have stopped in sooner. We decided to opt for appetizers and split the fried Calamari and Combo Platter featuring Tabouleh, Dolmas, Falafel, Kafta, Goat Cheese, Hummus and Tahini Sauce. ITWASAMAZING!!! Everything was super fresh and the flavors made us consider moving to Greece. We highly recommend this place if you are local or even if you want to get out and take an adventure somewhere new. Even as we are writing this review, my girlfriend suggested we go here tonight for dinner.(it’s hard to say no)

Love love love Sage. The service is always good, and the food is always consistent which is very important. Nice portions, moderately priced, and very clean. Also a BYOB which is a bonus. I love the vodka penne with fresh shrimp. Our server gave us a complimentary Caesar salad on our most recent visit. If you want an authentic meal at a reasonable price, go to Sage! You won’t regret it.

Man. This was quite the meal. I know Sage has been open a year or two, and I’m kicking myself for waiting this long to try it, as it may have been the best meal I’ve had in Phoenixville in the ten years I’ve lived here(and if it wasn’t the very best, it was certainly no worse than top two). We started with the grilled calamari and were also served some complimentary bruschetta(nice touch). My wife ordered the chicken Marsala. She is a connoisseur of that dish and was mightily impressed with this incarnation. I ordered the chicken kabobs, served with hummus and risotto, and was equally content. We finished with a perfect tiramisu. I’d be remiss if I didn’t point out all of this was within the context of some of the friendliest and most attentive service you could ask for. Bottom line: Sage is a great choice.

After visiting a few places, I selected Sage to host my sister’s baby shower, & am glad I did. We make a conscious effort to support small businesses. The venue was perfect for such an event. Abraham helped us pick a 4-course lunch menu that had something for everyone. People loved the shrimp risotto. I chose the kaffta, & it was the best I’ve had. We also had a veggie pasta dish & chicken marsala. The meal ended with chocolate mouse cake which even I enjoyed, despite the fact that I am generally not a chocolate fan. The price was very reasonable. The Mediterranean appetizer plates were outstanding. Our servers were gracious & pleasant, & tolerated me being a nervous wreck as a hostess. My daughter & I have wanted to try Sage since it opened. I definitely picked the right place for the shower, & we look forward to returning soon for lunch or dinner on our own. Our guests raved about the food, & many took menus on their way out, stating they couldn’t wait to return. Well done, Sage!

Food, service and ambience were awesome. Grilled calamari and shrimp lejon was melt in your mouth delicious. Rack of lamb was huge and perfect. Veal saltimbocca was tender and well done. Desserts were huge, fresh and perfect!

We came here for New Year’s Eve dinner with a crowd and all had a great dinner and a great time. It’s a cute little place and was not crowded at all, which I was surprised by. The atmosphere is inviting. All of our meals were great, the soup was so tasty. This is a BYOB and they were more than happy to open our bottles and supply us with glasses. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our waiter was very personable. Being that it was NYE and our large crowd had a few drinks, we got a little loud and they weren’t rude to us at all and were instead still friendly. I would love to come back again and try more dishes.

Stopped in here on a whim after the Eagles game to get an impromptu dinner to celebrate moving back home to the area. We were all greatly impressed and each of us(my fiancée, my parents, and I). My parents said they want to come back with their friends and my fiancée said she wants to bring her parents there(and we all said we wish we brought a bottle seeing as how its BYO) I don’t know if the place is new or if because it was a Sunday night during football season but the place was empty when we got there. Service was friendly, attentive, checked in regularly and eve brought us complimentary hummus and family style vegetables, both of which exceeded our expectations. All of their food is made to order — my mom had a pasta dish ordered mild as she doesn’t like spice which she said was perfect. My dad wanted something light so he «just had a caesar salad», which he later said had the best caeser dressing he’s ever had. I started with a garden salad with balsamic vinaigrette, which was fine, and my fiancée had this soup with shrimp and spinach, and she said it was unique and exactly what she wanted. We then split the duck special which came with a raspberry sauce and were each blown away by how good it was. Had we each not been so full from dips and wings during the Eagles game, we’d have ordered desert as the menu sounded great, but we just didn’t have room. My only regret was not ordering one of the more adventurous salads, which I surely will order next time since I would absolutely go back again.

This is a very cozy yet classy small restaurant. Great for a date night as well for a night out with friends. Staff was very friendly and helpful with a lot of suggestions for appetizers and entrees. Food was very good with fresh flavor. I will definitely go back.

Excellent, top quality, fresh and amazing food! The seafood caesar salad was the best I’ve had, request a lemon wedge to squeeze the juice on and in your ice water. The owner was very attentive! Coming back for date night with a bottle if wine to try the salmon! The whole menu sounds delicious!

Great restaurant great atmosphere great food We went there for an anniversary dinner, and brought a bottle of wine. We started off with Mediterranean platter, falafel, and fruit de la mer. Then 2 salads. We split an entrée, the appetizers were so generous, and we could never hsve each finished one. We finished the night with baclava and cofee The owners Ibrahim and Waffa were both there, and took the time to say hello. The waitress was cheerful and personable, and added to the experience. I cannot recommend Sage enough, and we will be back. Soon!

Went in on Food Truck Festival as the lines for the middle Eastern trucks were too long for us. Service was ok/good, though I felt our waiter wasn’t all that knowledgeable. Had to ask for water refill which isn’t good in my book(plus we were the only ones there till about half way through our dining experience). Husband and I ordered the Kofta sandwich and steak shawarma sandwich. Maybe they are better with Italian, but we were utterly disappointed. Not nearly enough seasoning and too much tahini on the shawarma. The Kofta sandwich, I don’t know where to begin. I think adding a pickle was a horrible idea and I’m questioning the ingredients(it also smelled weird to me). I’d give this place a 2, except for the fact they did not have a changing table in the women’s bathroom. Really??? It’s not a five star fine dining type of place, so you should expect families to dine in. There was plenty of room for one too. I just don’t get that at all. My recommendation is to pass on this place.

This is one of the few restaurants that make make everything fresh from scratch. Every item I had was very very tasteful and the portions are huge with very reasonable prices. We also got caprese salad on the house from the owner which was very generous. :)

Brand new(10 days old) Mediterranean BYOB on the main drag in Phoenixville, just down the sidewalk from Iron Hill Brewery. Quite large, with two rooms, only one of which they were using on a Friday evening. But that half was largely packed with a generally older crowd. Large windows out onto the street give it an open feel, and the tables are comfortable and well spaced. They are only just open, so I’m not going to make a lot of comments so as to let them get their feet under them first. I did very much enjoy the Linguine Bolognese I ordered as an entrée. Nothing particularly unusual about it, but well prepared from fresh ingredients. Just be aware that the entrees are VERY large. You will be taking home a doggy bag! There are some obvious areas for improvement, such as the gratis bread that I thought was better suited for a hoagie. The small shrimp appetizer was lost on a huge plate, and the hummus was rather flavorless. Average quality, large thick wine stems. They’ll open your wine for you, but then they made no attempt to keep our glasses filled. The menu has a lot of pasta, fish and some veal, so choose wines accordingly. Service was competent and friendly. They accept CCs. Parking on the street or in local metered lots. No website or Facebook page that I can find yet.
