Fascinating that one reviewer gave it 5 stars and the other gave it 1. My reviews of PA Wine and Spirits stores are against others in the system and not liquor stores out of state. The PA system is unique unto itself and usually inferior to almost any serious liquor and wine store anywhere else. This outlet is super convenient because it is inside the Acme supermarket, but that is all it has going for it. One of the smallest I have ever seen, the selection is poor, unless you want the basics, like Jack Daniels and a cheap pinot grigio or boxed wine. The staff is adequate but very bored, at least when I was there.

Probably one of the worst state-run wine and liquor stores in PA. If anyone is looking for reasons the state-operated retail liquor system needs to be scrapped they are evident here. The shelves are often poorly stocked because the employees don’t bother restocking until things are critical. Don’t bother asking whether if they have something you can’t find on the shelves. Although they can easily check stock(even that not shelved) from the register, they’ll just tell you they don’t have whatever you’re looking for, just to get rid of you. The only good thing about this store is that it is a convenient location if, and only if, you happen to be shopping the Acme.

This is my One-stop shop go to place for wine. I love it because i can purchase dinner at Acme and then purchase my wine as well. Its set up with isles just like the grocery store and everything is labeled and easy to find. The staff is friendly which is always a plus. This store is within a grocery store but it still has about the same selection as a regular sized liquor store. Great sale prices too!!!
