We needed an intro to creole and Cajun as we drove through MS and LA. Lucky for us this place was just the ticket. Unassuming, friendly staff, and authentic home cooking. No frills but solid, good food. Fried okra was crunchy, tasty and not at all greasy. Pork chop(or catfish) with beans and rice is a great cheap ‘combo’ lunch. I was surprised at my sons tasty fried shrimp linguine with a slightly spiced white sauce that wasn’t too heavy. Hamburger po boy was a bit bland but a hearty good value. Service was pretty quick, even around lunch time. Absolutely worth a stop.

This is a hole in the wall that is a gold mine. It is small and very family owned. We go all the time and always during the street fair and even when it is packed the staff is always chatting with you and making sure you are doing okay. The chicken wrap is to die for(my favorite) and the roast beefs are a 10napkin event haha! Red beans are very flavorful. Would decently recommend it for if your in town… Now I’m craving it!

A group of 16 went for lunch, and this was the worst meal ANY of us ever paid for. First we ordered fried green tomatoes and fried dill pickles … the grease literally dripped off, disgusting! When our seafood came, it was ASBAD if not worst. I ordered a seafood platter — they should be ashamed to serve what came out… the shrimp were so small you could hardly find them! The oysters were awful, and the catfish was terrible — all so greasy you need SEVERAL napkins just to mop the grease up. Here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast we have some of the best seafood ANYWHERE, but this was over cooked, and probably frozen fish, not even fresh — SHAME on you Two Sisters… we will never be back!
