I have been very unhappy with both Dr. Serrano and the practice in general. The office staff are rude and do not seem to care. They have lost my records twice and seem very unorganized. Dr. Lisa Serrano has her hand on the door the entire time, making me feel rushed. I only go to the doctors when I really need to so if I am there it is important. I am searching for a new doctor. I honestly do not understand why people recommend this practice at all as all my experiences have been negative.
