Jet’s Pizza

Called and ordered for my first time tonight. I ordered on line and when asked what crust I wanted I went with the NY style cheese pizza. When the pizza arrived it had pepperoni on it. I called to let Jets know and a man proceed to tell me yeah they automatically put them on the pizza it is called a bold fold! I explained that is not what I ordered that was a separate menu option. As we don’t get pepperoni in our house. (To spicy for the little ones) he really did not seem to want to get me a new pizza. But in the end he did. On a good not my son loved the wings and the pizza was delivered on time. The pizza delivery guy was super nice.

I have lived in Columbus 15 years, finally found a pizza place I will continue to go back. I was full after one slice.

Just had a large deep dish pizza with pepperoni, black olives, ½ mushrooms and ½ bacon. It was delicious! I must say I prefer the bacon to mushroom side. The sauce was perfect (my hubby thought so too) the crispy edges were the best part. Also ordered mild wing that my husband said where good but at $ 8 for 8 not really worth the price. Overall, a delicious change from the thin crust pizzas I usually enjoy, pricey but with the splurge.

Have nothing but good things to say about food & service EXCEPT they forgot my blue cheese one time but that’s ok! And the dumb ONLINE ORDERING sucks was gonna charge me $ 36bucks for samething that I called in for and got for $ 29 bucks so now that extra $ 7bucks goes to tip if guy is on time & not high

People make mistakes, but the sign of a good company is owning those mistakes and ensuring a happy customer leaves.
Yeah they made the pizza wrong but didnt just let me leave with it and offered to remake the pizza and give me the incorrect one.
Keep up the honesty, customers appreciate it and understand it’s human to make mistakes.

First time I called to order I couldn’t get anyone to even be able to answer a question about a sale price. It got to the point I said never mind I am no longer interested in ordering. I said thank you and goodbye. They called me back up via their caller ID info and pursued to be no help to me once again I kindly said I wasn’t ordering. I figure if the one answering the phone can’t answer your questions or find out the answers they shouldn’t be on the phone or taking orders.
Many months later we decided to give another chance hoping for a better experience. Again the experience of ordering was not good. They aren’t sure of what they are selling. Types of crust nothing. So I asked if they had the coupon ad and said I want to order this pizza with this picture. I thought that was the best way to order at this point. So when I picked up the pizza and asked my question about the crust styles in person. That wasn’t any better or any more clear. I finally had to explain to the employee. Then there’s the pizza. It was over cooked crust was hard toppings was partially burnt sauce was soured. With coupon it was still almost $ 18 I never pay that for pizza but expected to get quality. I asked for plates and napkins she offered Parmesan cheese nearly threw them at me and walked away not appreciative acting of my order. It was windy and so I asked for a bag and the girl acted irritated to have to give me one. I didn’t want a mess of the wind blowing the napkins and Parmesan packets outside.
Tonight we want pizza I’m saddened this was our experiences. I could get two large delicious pizza and great customer service at many other local places for almost the price of one pizza.

Love this pizza place! I called to place an order and requested a medium pizza deep crust and they said they didn’t do medium crust deep dish and requested to get 3 slices of cheese pizza when I picked it up I saw that you could order a small and was disappointed that I wasn’t offered that option so I said something to the cashier and she said you can order in a small but they made you a small anyways. I was impressed by the pizza and the service!
