Deep dish Italiano with Capone sauce changed my life. Everything else I’ve gotten there is also good. Can’t believe Romeo’s only has 3 stars. Where else are you guys eating pizza that is better than this?

I give Romeo’s four stars for one reason only: five stars are reserved for REALNYC pizza, and I’m not talking just about style but location as well. I’d travel to NYC and back again in a day just to buy a slice. I have never had NY style pizza in any other town in any other state that can compare to NYC’s. With that being said, I believe Romeo’s comes pretty close. Although I am not a fan of their plain cheese or pep pizzas, they have amazing specialty and create your own pizzas. Their toppings are fresh, they offer real mozzarella or cheddar cheeses, you can pick from six amazing sauces – my favorite is BBQ – and they have thick and thin crust. And that is just the pizza! I have never once had a mediocre meal from Romeo’s. I could eat there every meal of the day for a month and not get tired of it!

I go here a lot since its extremely close to my house, and any time I’ve gone in I’ve had great food. Not too expensive either. The problem is every time I’ve ordered to have it delivered, I haven’t gotten everything I ordered, it would be cold, or their would be something on it that I didn’t ask for. Really great pizza over all, just better in store than delivery. Does deliver quickly though!

They have SO many vegetarian options! Their sauce is sweet and on the thick side which is awesome if that’s your style — which occasionally is mine. I am definitely a fan.

They use to be good. not no more. Last 2 times we ordered got ½ and full sheet pizzas. Asked for extra brown. tanned .crust and both times it came out doughy and under cooked. Got side salads that looked like they were 4 days old and very skimpy so bad we threw directly into the trash. Wasted over 34.00 both times with delivery. So done!

Solid good pizza in Pickerington. This visit was during the 4th of July, the staff was easily overwhelmed by the surge of people arriving all at once. They need a little help multitasking. I chalk it up to young and inexperienced staff. The food was good and came out hot.

Ordered 616pm two pizzas Told 45 minutes to 1 hour for delivery. trick or treat night I knew the wait would be long. Called back 815pm to ask where the pizzas were. Manager got on phone said we were not in the system at all. I said, that’s OK forget it.

My children love this pizza! I agree with another post regarding price, as I don’t order as much as I would otherwise. Recently there was a mix up with my order(it never arrived). I have to say I was very impressed with how management responded to this gap in service and when my order did arrive, it was exceptional… the best ever.

One of the best Pizzas in the area. Great sauce, lots of toppings. My only complaint is the price. We like three topping and that runs the price up. On top of that they run several specials for one or two topping, but add the third and price almost doubles. Subs and calzone are also very good.

I’m giving this location in Pickerington 3 stars because the pizza is still usually very good. However my last 2 dine In trips were not good when the waitress gave us plastic ware to eat pizza. We had to clean our own table when we arrived and had to order at the counter instead of from a waitress. One of the most recent times I called for pick up I was on hold for 25 mins. While in hold I drove to another pizza place to eat. All that said the pizza is usually very good. Feels like something in management has changed at this location.

Im giving the Pickerington location two stars because of the service. I have been disappointed 4 out of 5 times because the kids that work here constantly get my orders wrong or they tell me its going to be a 20 minute pickup and its 45 minutes. There is very little sense of urgency or caring that your order is done properly. How hard is it to omit olives from a salad or to get the correct crust on a pizza? And I would not recommend ever getting a steak sub as there is very little meat on it. Sometimes these larger pizza chains put too many things on the menu and do them all pretty much mediocre. On the flip side, they do have good pizza! I struggle with the service so much though that we have started getting pizza elsewhere just to avoid the hassel.

Easily one of the best pizza places in Central Ohio for hand tossed pizza! We’ve ordered from Romeo’s many times. They have thick crust and very tasty sauce. This is definately a pizza worth trying.

I vacillated between giving this one 3 or 4 stars. I’ll go with the average of 4. 3 stars– the service. Both delivery and dine in(in Pickerington) is rather slow. I would highly recommend pickup. It’s worth waiting for though. 5 stars– the pizza. I am a pizza fanatic. I love almost all kinds of pizza and this is my #1 favorite pizza of all time. I have eaten it three days in a row before. The sauce is absolutely perfectly sweet and delicious. I get sides of sauce just to spoon more onto the pizza. It’s incredible! The traditional crust is just right, and all the toppings are great, from classic pepperoni, to the butcher shop, to their unique buffalo chicken made with ranch. Give it a try, you won’t be sorry!

Romeo’s just might be my favorite family dine in Pizza in Columbus! The Pickerington location is the only one with a dine in option and this is the second time we have been here. The first time we got a pizza and made the mistake of getting the thick crust(too thick) and the zesty marinara(too tangy) The calzone was out of this world good and the stromboli good as well, but not as good as the calzone, that was amazing, cheesy and full of flavor! This time we got the traditional crust which was just right, perfectly fluffy and just right to hold all the toppings. They have the best marinara ever and alot of it. I hate having pizza and the sauce is put on there so thin you can’t see or taste it, this one is dripping with sauce, and loaded with cheese and toppings, I likes my food messy! We got one with ham, one with pepperoni and one with bacon and that one had bbq sauce instead of marinara and after one bite, I snagged that pizza for myself and left the ham and pepperoni for the men, I was not sharing anymore! The bbq sauce complemented the bacon perfectly, it was such a nice change, though the original sauce is amazing as well. They have a ton of sauces to choose from, I was tempted to get the garlic butter but chickened out in fear of it being too clear and plain. I also had their garden salad which was fine, fresh, but dressing out of a package, clearly next time I’ll stick with just pizza and won’t even mind, its THAT good!
