Stephson Carpet Cleaning

Stephson Carpet Cleaning is a wonderful company. Our family has been using them for nearly a decade. Their price is always right and the service has always been impeccable. We love Stephson!

Anyways. It was time to get my carpets cleaned, so I have a coupon from the Savvy Shopper Magazine for 3 rooms for $ 55. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy and long to short, they arrived on time. The lead guy tells me that the coupon is good for a basic cleaning, but for a small cost more they can bump up the quality and get a chair cleaned. Details to details, he tries to get me to spend something like $ 150 instead of the $ 55 like the coupon says. So he proceeds to tell me how much better it would be if I upgrade. He didn’t give up the idea of an upgrade very easily. I did agree on steam cleaning the chair for $ 20.
I did the walk around with him but didn’t realize they’d missed a few spots in the corners of the bedroom (I should have checked better).
All in all, not a bad job, just could have been better and I really didn’t care for the moderately pushy sales technique. I’m using a coupon, so I’m probably budget minded and trying to get me to spend almost 3X what I’d originally budgeted for isn’t likely.
I wouldn’t tell you not to use them, but next time I’ll give someone else a try.
