By far the pizza and beer selection(70 plus beers) in the area… well worth the trip to Pickton.

As an Austin transplant born and raised in Sulphur Springs, I must confess I have become quite the food and beer snob. So while I love coming home to visit family, the lack of good food and libations is, let’s be honest, pretty depressing. I can’t say enough how excited I was to finally eat at this Foster’s Place my parents are always raving about. Great wings, delicious pizza, and not just comparatively, but an objectively good beer selection? In Pickton, Texas? Hard to believe, but it is true. Talented live music acts and Thursday night trivia to boot? Perfect. Foster’s will be a must-visit for me every time I’m in this neck if the woods. If you’re looking for something wonderful and out of the ordinary, make the short trek to Foster’s. You’ll be glad you did.

Working on earning our title of «Regulars» here… A real hidden gem! Foster’s Place has a menu unlike you will find anywhere close. Pizzas, Bar style food and fabulous burgers. They have a selection of over 50 different beers daily, a wine list and mix drinks too. Great service and a friendly atmosphere. Many nights they even have live entertainment. The meatball pizza, grilled chicken bar nachos and the black and blue burger are some of our favorites! Worth the short drive to get here.
