BEWARE… Horrible company. Raises prices without your knowledge. My husband has multiple clinics and used their services in Malibu. Suppose to send all bills to our corporate location but continued to send to that office. Contract was for $ 35.38 bi-​weekly but charged up to $ 167 weekly. Cintas stated that by signing the electronic pad for their supplies we agreed to the increase (which we were unaware to begin with), but they are liars since there were no signatures. Excuse was that office needed more towels and that was why it increased. I’m sorry but you don’t run the company but my husband does. TOTAL SCAM DONT USE.

Man I love this company. My last job we used Aramark and it was crap. Cintas seems to care more about service than others I’ve used. It’s a little higher price but the quality of service is awesome. Plus I really love the guys that deliver. They really love there jobs.

Manager named Ed Cadena might be the most pompous individual that has ever existed. After being a customer of Cintas for 6 years and paying $ 700 a month for bathroom products, I got tired of the constant price increases and decided to cancel service. Ed pretended to care about our business and HAD to meet with me in person. He came in and dropped a contract on the desk that had fine print on the back saying that our contract would renew on its own without my consent for another 5 years if I didn’t contact them myself within 60 window of its expiration. So we are stuck with them basically.
Do they think this is the way to keep happy customers? They are bullies who want to take money from businesses.
Zero stars for customer care and 1 star for their crappy low quality products. Their soaps are glorified water, and their toilet paper is worthless unless you pull 10 ft at a time.

Cintas does an excellent job. They provide all your uniform and facility needs. Couple that with great quality and excellent customer service and you get the best service possible.

We use Cintas uniforms and restroom products at my work. The service is awesome and the products are high quality. I recommend Cintas to any business big or small. They will install all the dispensers and have the service up and running in no time.

The company I work for uses cintas. Their uniforms are made of cheap material, they fade after the first wash. My uniforms were three years old. I filled out the slips to get new uniforms and within two weeks I received my uniforms. They were used and in worse condition than the uniforms I turned in. For the past month I have received maybe 4 pairs of pants out of the 11 pairs I was issued. We are in the last year of our contract and our GM is through with this company.

Do not do business with this company. I wish i had read the comments before I signed the contract. Every negative comment on Unilocal is true. They are the worst. When I signed the contract, Eddie Tufenkjian, the sales person told me that I could cancel anytime. When I tried they send me a form stating that I had a 5 year contract. I was suppose to have received some mats for my business, it’s been 5 months and I am still waiting. Salesperson and company NEVER answers calls. Do not do business with this company. They are the worst
