First of all what’s with the door? Your business isn’t in that bad of a neighborhood to be doing that bullshit. Second of all its over priced. Took a pea coat in charged me 25 dollars to clean when i usually get if for 12 at my regular place. When I came back to pick up my order they insisted and got nasty with me saying that someone else in my family had picked up my order. Took them 15 minutes of arguing with me for them to finally even start looking. They found a piece of paper that was signed and said someone had come in and picked it up after another 10 minutes of arguing with them they decided to look again and found my coat. Didn’t even offer an apology or anything. So disgusted with there customer service never coming here again. Save your money.

I really like the lady who owns this place but she recently shrunk my moms cashmere sweater to toddler size. She’s kind enough to try and replace it or pay for it. My suit pants were ironed by someone directly and they became shiny :(. If you just have some shirts and maybe jeans or casual clothes you need press or cleaned you are ok. If you have fine items then try my new place Crystal Cleaners who has better quality and better prices.

It’s cool. Cleaning service is great. No complaints. I have been coming here for 2 years now & I have never encountered any issues. I like to recycle my hangers here to. I am, however, a little thrown back by the iron door & the fact that you have to get buzzed in. Hmm…

I really wish i could give a good review for Della’s, as my family has been coming here for years. Unfortunately, this is the now the second bad experience I have had with them. The staff at Della’s are very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, their work does not deliever. I took a knit blazer to have 3 moth holes fixed. I stood by and watched the staff pin each hole to mark where they were to fix. Upon receipt of the jacket, I noticed they only fixed one of the holes and ignored the back of the garment with its two holes. Ok, fine. We all miss things once and a while. Then I took in my fall coats to be cleaned. Included in the bunch was a jersey knit wrap coat that fit me perfectly. Upon receipt, the coat had shrunk at least a size. The reason I take an item to be dry cleaned and pay money is because I do not want my items to shrink or morph from their intended size and shape. Their prices are moderately high for the work and the area.

I went to hemm some jeans so I cannot comment on thier cleaning service. I can say the woman thier was very friendly and efficient. She gave me a price, lead time and jotted down any needed info right away. She knew exactly what she was going to do and I was out the door quickly. The parking is ok, it is located in one of Pico Rivera’s smaller striplets, more of a square plaza. Its next to a donut shop, 99 cent store, Peruvian, barber, liqour & nail salon.
