Let’s start off with the owner he has no respect or consideration for his customers you will wait one hour with no one in the chair all he will be doing is walking around and wasting your time if you are looking for a cheap haircut for a high price come to this location I have been here about 5 times and kept giving him a shot but realized that he is only there to waste peoples time good luck if you come here you are better off cutting your own hair save your money not worth it even if it was free

Ive had my fair share of barbers in LA throughout the cities of Whittier, Downey, Pico Rivera (and most recently the OC). I found Rob at his old business location in Downey and was immediately impressed with his skill on fresh tapers. I found the right shop and I keep coming back. If your looking for a great cut at a reasonable price I’d highly recommend this shop. The shop is clean and always has the TV with sports or a movie on. The vibes and the music are chill. Give it a shot

Ok I’ve been this guys Roberts client for years. Dude has no concept of customer loyalty or service.
Have set many appointments and many times been blown off. I’m so over the barber shop mentality that you can treat your clients like crap because you provide a service we need.
Made an appointment at 6 the day before, got confirmation also. Went to the shop and nothing. Everything closed. Not even a text saying «screw your appointment you made yesterday we don’t care»
Not to mention I got a threat from Robert for FINALLY telling him how he treats customers.
Ok the «barber shop» is an old car garage with no ventilation. Oh yeah no AC also. So it’s super comfortable waiting 20+ minutes for an appointment you already set. No respect for appoinments or schedules at this shop. So over this.
Rahter pay 30 dollars for a legit cut with actual customer service. This shop won’t be open long.
