My 42 inch phillips plasma tv stopped working. It would cycle through, making clicking noises but would not turn on… only a red blinking light. After researching the problem, i tried to replace the two capacitors on the power board. I messed up the desoldering job and gave up. I took the circuit board to Leonard at J &J TV. They replaced both capacitors for $ 40 with the capacitors I supplied. He also inspected the rest of the board and it all checked out ok. I installed the board at home and problem solved… good as new.
