Summer Spring or Fall I rock nothing but Melie Bianco Handbags. I love their unique and fashionable styles and what’s even better than that is their low prices what girl can’t love all that.

«Oh. Dear.» Were the two (non curse) words that came to mind when I realized that this was NOTHING like any other sample or warehouse sale I’ve been to. [And living in LA and on a very tiny budget my first two years, meant I did a lot of sample and warehouse sale hopping.]
Mistake 1: Showing up an hour and 15 minutes early, expecting an organized, designated line. And expecting that the sale would be set up BEFORE the time listed as open.
Mistake 2: Listening to a staff member (who told me it was his first time working a sample sale): that I should just wait in my car until 9 (when they «open»).
Mistake 3: Once a «line» had started to form, I stood in it while 90% of the people in front, called to late showers to jump in with them.
Mistake 4: Continued to stand in the line when a lot of the other girls started to circle around like a pack of wolves waiting to attack.
Mistake 5: Staying.
Sure, I fell in serious like when I caught one of Melia Bianco’s bags on The Carrie Diaries and I scoured their site for a couple of days, amping myself up for their sale. And I was so excited at the thought of $ 5, $ 10, $ 15, $ 20, & $ 30 bags because in the last 2 years I’ve «invested» thousands on high end designer bags and was more than ready to calm the f down, lol. But after wasting an hour waiting by myself, standing in a line which was for nothing because they literally just let everyone run in after counting down from 3, not to mention instead of starting at 9am like posted –they started at 9:20, being pushed around by the other women wanting to get their hands on any purse, and stupid me realizing that maybe 4 of the bags online were apart of this sale; I regretted not leaving when I realized I showed up before most of the staff AND the merchandise. Now I know not come next year –great deals or not.
However, at a mix of 10 bags and clutches at a mere $ 70, I can’t complain too much, right? At least I’m more than prepared for the stocking stuffers at Christmas. I can say though, I really like my glittery jelly bag that makes me feel 10 again. It’s the little things dahhling. the little things ;)
