Rio Vista Park

This park has been renovated and it is beautiful! Glad to see our tax dollars at work! This park has four diamond fields for softball/​baseball and many other cities come here to practice. That’s cool but just puck up after yourselves and your pets!

This is a small park located in a residential community next to Rio Vista Elementary School. I like this park. It’s a cool little park thats usually pretty empty so you can relax, play catch, have a bbq, or watch your kids play in the jungle gym. The restrooms are pretty clean for the most part although on weekends when there’s baseball games or large groups there it can get filled with sand and usually kinda soggy cause kids love water balloon fights here. They do have adult softball and girls softball here so there is an off chance you can run into a crowd. I would avoid this place around 2:30 — 3:30 though cause of it’s proximity to the school and the school uses the parking lot as it’s parking lot as well as a ‘drop off lane’ for kids although parents don’t really understand how it works and it turns into a big pile-​up. Has a couple of baseball fields and basketball courts but I think the school closes the courts in the evening.
