Weak ass service!!! It really isn’t my fault you hate your job bro. Don’t drive-​thru pass 10pm, extra salt on your fries. SMH

To start the location is gravy! It’s a fancy dinning area set up & the customer service is on point the girl Britney who took my order was super sweet & so was the man calling out the orders (I didn’t see his name) I asked for an extra Bbq and he gave it to me no problem, not like other places where they act all dumb lol, the only reason they did not get that extra star is because & I can’t emphasize this enough the Bacon was so burnt & the patties had no flavor! A little more on the cooks I guess! Otherwise I want to try one of their chicken sandwitches now lol

Always great! My favorite Wendy’s location. Always clean and always fast! Recently remodeled.

They don’t fill up the cup on fries as before. You only get half of portion. It’s cheating the customers. The smaller burger joints are actually better choices because you get the portion you pay for and more. I won’t go back anymore.

Love to go every morning here and have my coffee, and a brkfst sandwich. The morning staff is so friendly it makes not miss McDonald’s at all

The spicy chicken nuggets, and the spicy chicken Cesar salad omg! Plus them frostys tho!

This Wendy’s is so clean and tidy. Newly remodeled I guess. Cause they had a area with nice lounge chairs you can watch tv. A big screen TV also. The new soda fountain machine.
Food came out as desired. Warm and tasty nothing wrong with it. Not even the fries which I asked for no salt. Burgers are always good here. Price is still high on them adult burgers but I settled for $ 1.00 burger.
Area is clean so is the parking which is private. In a shopping center of Walmart. Which Walmart is temporary close.

We Ordered our our food to GO with no problem. Thinking also that the Wendy looks beautiful but little did we know we where in for a surprise… with they’re COLD and smaller spicy chicken Nuggets. The SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH was also cold and looked like they took turns stepping on it before they served it. Over all the service was/​is horrible.

Sad to say, that service here is not all that great. They always get our order wrong when we go through the drive thru, and it happened again today. Got 2 salads and we didn’t get the salad dressing we had asked for, the worst of it all, that towards the last bites of my salad, I came across a nasty looking dead bug in my salad!!! In not sure how to go about this, but I am considering reporting it… Totally ruined my lunch! Ugh!

They have one of those selfie serve soda fountains with the touch screen. Big bonus points!

fly in salad. gross… never coming back. i ate half the salad already too. I didnt bother with a refund or anything because the power went out that day and nothing was working. Dont know what other bugs that i ate because i had a sandwich and nuggets too.

I really enjoy coming here the staff is always friendly and the food is always great

I made a mistake ordering my food and they had no problem getting me that I wanted without charging me. Thank you will be back next cheat day

Wendy’s chain revamp this place to a uppity scale fast food place. Food is good. Place is clean and the service is good.

Wendy’s is probably one of other better fast food chains due to quality of the food. Never had a problem with any food item from the establishment. Their chicken sandwiches are the best out of any fast food chain. They also have a nice variety of food to order.

Wendy’s is delicious! My first time trying Wendy’s was at this pico location, and I’ve returned once again. Three times in total. Both times I’ve had a good experience with the food, EXCEPT for the fat that this last time I went (3 days ago) the lady in front of me ordered a lot of food so the cashier left to get her food ready and they took FOREVER to come and assist me at the register. By then, a line had formed behind me. I must say I love Wendy’s STRAWBERRY LEMONADE so delicious! I still need to try their ice cream ;) I’m looking forward to coming back.

Order the Son of Baconador and it was not hot, but luke warm and not fresh. Won’t becoming back to any Wendy’s restaurant again.
I have been here at this restaurant 7 or 8 years ago and the food was decent but did not came back here again. But I have been at the Wendy’s in Van Nuys a few years back and it was luke warm also. I decided never to go to the Wendy’s in Van Nuys again, but did not cross all Wendy’s from my list.
Pass by this place and thought if it was not bad 7 years ago, then maybe it would be decent today. But after the crappy Son of Baconator here, I am crossing all Wendy’s of my list.
Of course if you like Luke Warm food that is not fresh, then this is the place for you. And if you like ugly fat woman for a cashier that hurts your eyes when you have to look at her, then this is the place for you also.

The FDA specified that foods should maintain a minimum of 140 F degree for safety reasons. The food here is luke warm, around 100 F degree, and thus is a safety hazard. I mentioned earlier about the Baconador being crappy. But after reading the FDA article below, it is a health hazard.
Think twice before you go here for your safety.

This is located close to work so it is a good spot for breakfast or lunch. It is always very clean and they serve really good tasting salads. They also have breakfast here I am not a big fan of fast food breakfast but If I have to choose a spot this would be it. The breakfast taste more homemade then any other fast food I have tried. I tried the mocha iced coffee this morning (needs improvement) it tasted too watered down but my dollar breakfast burrito was very good with the hot sauce they serve. I think they have one of the best dollar value menus around. The customer service is always good here too.

Order the ½ bbq ranch salad for $ 3.19. It’s a good price but the dressing was not good.

The food is hot and fresh! The chili is super delicious. It’s chunky fingerless meat and beans. Top it off with cheese and onions for an additional .40 cents.
Baked potatoes are also very good. Broccoli and cheese is my favorite. They also give sour cream and butter to slab on after the cheese n broccoli has been devoured.
99 cent menu kicks ass too! They have these 5 piece spicy nuggets that are yummy!
And a cheddar burger for 99 cents (meat, bun, nacho cheese) that hits the spot when eating on a budget.
Drive-​thru service quick and efficient and never ever do they skimp out on extra ranch and honey mustard!

Wendy’s, you’re so L7… your patties, that is!
If I had to choose between McDonald’s, Carl’s, Burger King, & Wendy’s for a burger, it’s a no-​brainer! Wendy’s!
Wendy’s burgers are much like Carl’s because they do get all over the place. Only gripe I have with Wendy’s patties are they tend to be greasy, but overall, their burgers taste better. I usually order the ¾ lb. Triple Combo with a Diet Coke, because I am on a diet after all! :P
But, the focus of this review is mostly dedicated to the new Berry Almond Chicken Salad… haha! Gotcha!
I saw a commercial a few weeks ago for this amazing looking salad and thought to myself, «man, if this salad looks anything remotely close to what’s on the tele, I know it’s gonna be delish!» Well my friends, I finally took the plunge and tried this salad last week and I was delightfully surprised!
Berry Almond Chicken Salad: 4.5
Although the salad is comprised mostly of iceberg lettuce, you’ll discover there is a fair amount of spring mix in there, along with a plentiful harvest of ripe blueberries and sliced strawberries. Their cheese is a little sour. I’m not sure what kind is used. Sometimes their diced chicken breast is really salty. Finally, your salad is made complete with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing and sliced almonds.
Okay, I just checked the Wendy’s website and it says they use Asiago cheese.
It’s safe to say I’m lovin’ this salad. I’ve had it 3 times in one week now!

There’s a lot of parking available.
Staff is pretty peppy… for the most part!
Dining area is relatively clean.
Food ordering using the Drive-​Thru is quick and efficient.
