Bought a used Vizio 60″ TV from them advertised on Craigslist. TV was a good deal and is working fine so far.

Called and asked them to fix my 55″ LCD TV. The guy came to my apartment on a Sun morning, quoted $ 225 (cash or check only), and took my TV away for repair.
The TV was delivered a week later (on another Sun) and it was good to go.
The cash or check only was annoying, but then the TV was fixed and I didn’t have to take it to a shop and saved me the trouble. I can’t complain.

Very, very, very poor customer service, it seems all employees there don’t know what they doing! It took two weeks for them to find out they can’t fix my TV. First they said, it would take about two days to get it fix, two days later they call my wife to advise their estimate was off and it would take 30% more to fix it. Three days later, I have to show up at their shop because they can’t even return our calls!!! A Gentleman told me it would be ready WITHIN THREE MORE DAYS! I ask this guy, can you fix my TV or not, otherwise we can look for another shop. He reply we have 19 years of EXPERIENCE, of course we can fix your TV. Well, three days later they call me to advise, «sorry we couldn’t fix your TV, can you please pick it up?»
Yeah! you can imagine my reaction, I told the Gentleman over the phone to deliver out TV as fastest possible. Then again I have to call them again to remind them to deliver my TV. Lastly when, TV arrives i do the inspection of my unfixed TV which is missing few screws. Normally, I just look at reviews, don’t do any writing, however for this business there was not reviews available. Well here’s the first one, DO NOT USE THIS GUYS, if you do. It would be at your own risk.
