At approximately 7:25pm on July 31^st 2011, I pulled into this McDonald’s while passing through on my way to Atlanta. I noticed when I entered the store from the front, I had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke from three of the employees, one dressed as if she might be the manager. I walked up to the counter to place an order. Two employees from behind the counter walked up, made eye contact with me and then walked off. While I waited, I heard a young mother and her son bang on the ladies bathroom door. The mother began to curse, using the «f“word to someone who was apparently taking too long on the other side. After waiting at the counter unattended, I left. As I passed by outside, the manager and her employees lit up another cigarette. If the manager had been in the store attending it, she may have been able to control the customer using fowl language at the bathroom and protected other customers from the offensiveness of the matter. She may have also been able to make my order.
