There were some problems with the fulfillment of my order on arrival, so I contacted customer service. They went above and beyond my expectations to remedy the problems with no inconvenience to me. I’m genuinely impressed with their service, and value!

I wanted to put in a good word because I didn’t find a lot of reviews online. I found them through their listings on Amazon and decided to order directly through their website — which can be risky, but paid off for me. I had a moment or two of panic when, after ordering almost $ 200 worth of stuff, I returned to their website to check dimensions on an item and found that their site was down. I am a software engineer by day, so this seemed incredibly shady to me. I couldn’t find many reviews of the site and wondered if my money had disappeared into the ether. Luckily, their site came back up after a few hours and my candles and vases appeared shortly after! Everything was carefully packed and nothing was broken. Quality seems fine and the prices were UNBEATABLE. And having them arrive so quickly did wonders for my wedding-planning-stressed peace of mind. If I ever needed candles or vases again, I’d order from here in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone else who needs them!

I have relied so much on the reviews of others during this wedding process, that I felt compelled to write a review for this outstanding company. Not only are they affordable, but the quality of what they put out there is great! I ordered all of my wedding centerpieces through them. My candles were not the color I envisioned, not only did they refund my money but they allowed me to keep the set I had bought. Linda is a gem and was extremely kind and responsive to my needs. I ordered 48 glass Hurricane vases through them and not one was broken. I highly recommend them and I will 100% use them again.

Quick Candles are great! They were recommended to me by a friend who is a massage therapist who uses their long-burning tea lights in his studio. I was hit hard by Hurricane Sandy and was without power for over a week. I was in the cold and running out of candles/tea lights. I texted my friend, «Where can I get long-burning candles fast?» He suggested and said they were affordable, would have what I need, and send it out the same day. I place my order at midnight and got a call the next day. Due to power and cell phone connectivity problems, my order information hadn’t come through all the way. I got an email from Wanda and when I called them I spoke to the KINDEST customer service rep I might’s ever talked to. She was very sympathetic to my situation and promised to send out my order of 200 seven-hour tea lights the same day. She kindly warned me, however, that there was a delivery delay from FedEx due to the gasoline and roadblock problems. She was very helpful and sympathetic and helped me come up with a shipping solution that worked for me. Given my extenuating circumstances, she kindly offered me a 4% discount to offset my super expedited shipping. She kindly listened to my difficult situation with no electricity and said that the entire Quick Candles team was keeping us Hurricane Sandy victims in their thoughts and prayers. Now THAT’s customer service! I recommend Quick Candles to anyone and they really helped me during a «dark» time.
