While traveling in through Pigeon Forge, TN, in mid October, 2014, with guests from Germany, I ordered from An Atrium of Flowers, Inc.(aka Atrium of Flowers) a flower arrangement for our friends to be paid by credit card. The arrangement was delivered as expected and the appropriate charge was made to my credit card. On December 17, 2015, a charge appeared on my credit card statement for the exact same amount as the October, 2014, charge. I have made only ONE purchase from this company as mentioned above and did NOT make a purchase for which this company would have reason to make a second charge. I have made numerous attempts to reach the company to request a corrective credit be applied. No one has contacted us about this. I have become aware of Yellow Page reviews online of this company, and, if they are to be believed, there appears to be a pattern of this activity as others have reported having had the same experience of being correctly charged at the time of the purchase and then after some time, additional charges appear for which no order was made and the company does not respond or is unwilling to make refunds for these erroneously charged amounts. I have no idea how often this occurs with their customers, but once, without responding and resolving the issue, is too many, in my opinion.

This florist is AWESOME. We’re in SC& called on a Friday afternoon for same day delivery for our relative’s birthday who was visiting the area for their honeymoon. The entire transaction went smoothly from start to finish. I HIGHLYRECOMMEND!!!

Very happy with the arrangement that was Delivered to my wife at work, for our Wedding anniversary. Not sure who I spoke too, but they called me straight back after my initial phone call Was missed. Was quoted different prices, which all seemed Good. My wife was very pleased when they arrived At her work. Like they say«happy wife, happy life»

WOW! I was completely blown away with the level of service we received from this florist. We were in town for a wedding and had actually ordered flowers with another florist. We were called the afternoon before the wedding(the next morning) and were told they could not take care of us. I called Atrium and they jumped right on it. They stayed late or came in early(I do not know which) to make sure we had our wedding flowers on the day of the wedding. Bravo and thanks!
