Don’t waste your time. Called for an appointment with my insurance card ready. Waited on hold for 22 minutes on a Thursday afternoon only to be told they are not accepting new patients. Wish you would have told me that in the ad-​nauseum recording I had to listen to! All this after the Bluecross BlueShield of TN website had them under the search that they are accepting new patients.
