I chose this restaurant based off of previous Unilocal reviews, so I wanted to spare anyone else who wants to make the same mistake. The food was rubbery, it was difficult to communicate with the staff and I’m not very confident in the quality of their meats. I came hungry and was disappointed.

This is the first bad review I’ve given, and I’m giving it because I called Fusion to have food delivered-and they took our address(it was five miles away), made sure they had the address by repeating it multiple times, took our order, asked if we were paying cash or card, and told us it would be 45 minutes because traffic was bad. 45 minutes later I get a phone call saying to come pick up the food because they wouldn’t deliver it. I replied that they had previously been very clear that they would deliver. They then just hung up on me. I’m sure there are other places around that are not only less rude but also actually get you the food you order. I wouldn’t go here.

Pigeon Forge, TN. A land filled with pancake houses, steak houses, and lots and lots of southern food. What is a gluten free vegetarian to do? Well they should come to Fusion Café Asian Grill! I had been to this area 2 other times before and completely missed this gem. To make up for it I ate there twice in one trip! They have a brochure at the front of the building that gives a «* «next to every item that is safe for someone with gluten issues, it isn’t in their regular menu. I measure all Thai Food by their Panang Curry, and theirs does not disappoint. I was able to get a huge portion for lunch and it was fantastic. Rich and creamy, the veggies were fresh and crisp. Except for their eggplant, which was seriously the most delicious eggplant I had ever tasted. It melted in your mouth, I nearly licked the bowl. I knew we’d be bringing our group the next day for dinner on Saturday night. The main street was super busy and hard to get around, every restaurant was full to the brim. We get here, and only two other tables were seated. I couldn’t believe it! It may be because it’s off the main road and hidden. Or it could be people don’t know how amazing the food is. We bring in our group of 5 and I’ve been dreaming about their Pad Thai all day. My husband and a few friends decide they would try 3 different curries and share it between them all. For some reason I ended up ordering incorrectly and my Pad Thai had meat in it. It was absolutely my fault, and I gave it to the meat eaters at our table to share and ordered a vegetarian Pad Thai. While I waited I tried the Lemongrass, Massaman & Green Curry they had ordered and wow… I was blown away. Each had a completely different and distinct taste. The lemongrass was so fresh and bright, the massaman was deep and rich, and the green curry had a bit of sweetness. When my Pad Thai came out I couldn’t believe how much flavor they got into those rice noodles. I’ve had a lot of Pad Thai, it’s often the only gluten free option at some restaurants. I will say it was the best I had ever had. The peanuts on top were dark and roasted which gave it even more flavor. We ended up eating 3 Pad Thai’s, and 3 different Curries, as well as about 5 extra bowls of rice and all together with tip was under $ 90. You can’t get such a great deal in Pigeon Forge! And even though I ate so much you could have rolled me out the door, I didn’t feel bloated or uncomfortable because everything was fresh and light. If you are in the area and need a break from the every day fair of Pigeon Forge, make sure to check them out! It will be worth it.

We chose this restaurant because of good reviews and because we needed REAL vegetables. Veggies are had to get in most restaurants in Pigeon Forge. It was a great choice. We got a recommendation from our server to order white rice rather than fried rice with the panang curry. She was absolutely right. It was a better pairing than the fried rice would have been. Panang curry was just fiery enough. We also had Singapore Rice Noodles with. shrimp. They were very flavorful and the shrimp were cooked perfectly. Very good food, good server experience and priced just right.

This is a horrible horrible place. Do not recommend it at all. Food is ok but service is awful. They charged us 18% tip without telling us and they are very racist against Indians. As soon as we sat down they told what we should eat assuming we are vegetarians. They also rushed us to eat even tho the place was totally empty. If there was a way to give them negative stars I would.

We’ve been twice here. Overall the food is good, but the service is horrible. Both the times they messed up our order. On top of that they put 18% gratuity in the bill. Not that we were not going to tip, but because the owner was too«smart» he added that. The server was also too«smart» to overcharge for customization and defend her mistakes. Also, if you are vegetarian like us and would like to customize your order, please make sure the server writes down the order.

AMAZING!!! After several disappointing restaurants here in Pigeon Forge we came here wanting something delicious and satisfying. This place was hands down what we wanted and more, the service is perfect they are very friendly and humble, my 7 yr old is usually picky and only eats white rice but he inhaled the Mongolian chicken like nothing! The Mongolian chicken, fried rice, and Tom Yum soup was so so very good! I look forward to coming back when we visit Pigeon Forge for Christmas!!!

We were in Pigeon Forge on vacation over Labor Day weekend and wanted to get out of the crowds. Found this gem on Unilocal and am glad we tried it. I generally do not like Asian food but this was fantastic. The waitress helped my 3 year old learn to use chopsticks. Fun time and great food!

We got takeout from this restaurant and we’re pleasantly surprised. The owners are from Malaysia but the restaurant has that cuisine plus Chinese and Thai. The inside of the restaurant is done well with earth tones and a simple but sophisticated décor. We had the Singapore noodles and Mongolian chicken and I recommend both. We also tried the eggplant dish which was okay. Overall we had a great experience and it was a nice cuisine change on our trip!

We lived in Gatlinburg and came here for a relief from pizza and crazy traffic in Gatlinburg downtown. The extra star is only for lo mein, thai chicken fried rice and chicken satay. This definitely not the place to «try» stuff. The worst part of my experience was the waitresses. She got on our nerves with her«Tell me how many glasses of water you want. You will say you want more later!» and her stupid oily broth with raw pieces of mushroom in the name of mushroom soup. They kept acting busy though only three tables were occupied with large parties– around 25 people. I may be too harsh but this city is frequented by tourists in large numbers. I can’t see why they should be flabbergasted to see more than 10 heads.

This is the best restaurant in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. The guy that runs it is from Queens, so he knows what’s up. Jenny and Jerry are sweethearts. The food is friggin good. Eat here or you will die.

We only ordered take out for a few times and the experience was more than wonderful. The server explained the menu in detail, and their Malaysian cuisine is superb! They definitely have the best Mee Goreng I have ever had in U.S. Other dishes were really delicious too~ On the service side, we were waiting for our take out in the car, and the server was kind enough to come out and deliver the food to me. One second after I got into the car, a sudden downpour just happened out of nowhere. So I would have gotten myself soaking wet if he had not come out… and I didn’t even have the chance to tip him because I ordered take out… Great food, great service, would recommend to anyone :)

Friendly service. The menu had a mixture of Chinese, Thai, and Malaysian. They also had real authentic Chinese dishes. Thai fried rice was hot & spicy, just the way I like it!

Service was nice and our entrees were fantastic. It could have been a bit spicier but it was perfect for our kids. Definitely the best meal I have had here in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area.

I was glad to find good Chinese food in Pigeon Forge. The staff was so friendly and the food was average. I had some curry noodles with tofu and vegetables and really all I tasted was noodles. My boyfriend’s beef with peppers in a brown sauce was tasty. The steamed pork potstickers appetizer was also good. After dinner they brought us some delicious pastries which was a nice surprise. I would give this place another try, if I’m ever back in Pigeon Forge.

I really like that their menu has a variety to choose from. The food is pretty good, but the hibachi meals were the best from what I treated from my groups food. The veggie dumplings were also very tasty. My group had a lot of changes to their orders and the waitress handled it really well. I know I would’ve been frustrated!

Stopped by on snowy weeknight while on a biz trip. Quick, pleasant service. Ordered Lemongrass Vegetables and Tofu with white rice. Lovely taste and presentation. A little pricey for a veggie dish, but this is a tourist town. Now I’m inspired to visit the Fusion near my house!

Out in the area for vacation from DC and my wife and I had the house chicken curry and the panang curry. Both were delicious with just enough heat. And the wait staff was the nicest I have had in a long time. Will definitely stop here next time I am in the area.
