Hard Rock Cafe

The staff is excellent. The food not so much. It is overpriced and a bit bland. Our order consisted of the Caribbean jerk burger/​fries, The Texan, and pulled pork. I should have followed the other Unilocalers and went elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Pretty expense, pretty loud, pretty busy, but I thought the food was ok. I had some kind of pesto flat-​bread that wasn’t bad. Service was pretty good. This was the first Hard Rock Café I have been to and I will say, it’s exactly what I expected.

I was pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere was a little different, but the food was excellent! You wouldn’t think of jumbo shrimp at a place in the mountains or in a Hard Rock but they were excellent! The classic cheese burger was very good too! The flavored French fries and sauces were really good too. The service was at great. As said before, I was pleasantly surprised and left very full!

The actual facility is nice other than the floors were very sticky in the hallway leading up to the bathroom and in the bathroom. I was disappointed in the food. The southwest chicken salad was to acidic and my fiancé had a hamburger and he said if it wasn’t for the sauce on it, it would have been way to dry. The staff was extremely nice! I don’t know that I would go back if we were to visit the area again.

The service was a little slow, but the food was good. I had the Aloha burger, and found that the beef they use in their burger can stand on its own, doesn’t need all the fancy toppings. My hubby had the chicken and shrimp fajitas which he enjoyed.

Our burgers were cooked as order and the onion rings were nice and crisp but it’s
sad to say the meal was very bland I don’t think there was any seasoning at all on our burger.

Amazing place! Went to Pigeon Forge for spring break, and we went here to eat. It was amazing! The waiter was awesome! I love the theme, the food did not take long to get to us, and it was amazing! He showed us some cool things in there, He told us some recommendations, and he told us a good story! I am definitely coming back here when I get the chance.

One word: Filthy
I came into this establishment and it was not very busy. Three gals were greeting people, walked into the restroom and the floors were gross. Your shoes stuck to the floors with each step, makes ya wonder how the kitchen is. Customers (ladies) were going in and out of the restrooms saying, «Ew, these floors are nasty!!» I about fell going into the restroom as the floors were greasy and black and sticky. I tried wiping my shoes off with a paper towel (see picture) it’s black!
When I walked out of the restroom I seen three employees talking at a register off to the right up the ramp. I asked the guy in a white chef jacket and two waitresses if they were aware of how bad the restrooms were and if he was the manager, the guy said, «Yes, he was a manager» WHAT? HELLO?! they all said «No, they were not aware» HOW could they NOT be aware? Dont they use the same restroom as the customer??? Arent they suppose to wash their hands? This was unacceptable. The manager guy in the chef coat said, «Come on» in a cocky attitude after I told him, «If the bathroom is this way I would hate to see the kitchen» I then told him, «You don’t want me to go back there!» REALLY?!
He was serious about this.
If the bathrooms are filthy, 9 times out of 10 so is the kitchen.
I went and told my husband who is a retired executive chef, he said we was NOT eating here. We walked out.
I refuse to eat at a place that employees are just standing around and the bathrooms are filthy and the kitchen chef manager/​helper cocky attitude guy was going to take me back in the kitchen… Not professional at all.
I should have walked back in the kitchen but I felt uneasy with his attitude, the way he said it.
If he was the manager, he needs to be fired, talking to a customer that way when I addressed a problem in this store and I wasn’t the only one – the other gals came out as well saying their shoes were sticky and greasy.
Wait until someone gets hurt–

The food was really bland and over priced. It was nice inside and our waitress was pretty good but I wouldn’t go back. I’ve never been satisfied leaving a Hard Rock, but my boyfriend really wanted to try so I gave it another shot. We both agree we will never go back. A Fridays or Chilis will do next time.

THE BEST SERVICE WE’VE HAD OUR ENTITE TRIP. Drinks were great! Food was quick. Bartenders actually introduced themselves and checked up on us. We didn’t have an empty cup the entire night. I had an awesome time!

I’ve been saying I want to start putting reviews on Unilocal– but I never have time. Well this waiter at the Hard Rock Café named Boomer in Pigeon Fork, Tennessee gave such good service that I had to give a good review. We’ve been to so many Hard Rock’s– Cancun Mexico, Miami Florida, Nassau Bahamas, South Lake Tahoe Nevada, but Boomer gave the very best customer service than we we received at any other location.
— He shared background on the collectible items and mentioned the authenticity certification.
— He encouraged us to walk around and visit the glass casings.
— He gave great recommendations of menu selections.
— He not only made our Hard Rock experience unforgettable, he also served our country in the Armed Forces.
Boomer– hats off to you for being the best at everything you do. And we appreciate and thank you for your service to America.

Was mostly underwhelmed by this restaurant. It was smaller than I thought it’d be, but just as loud and crowded. The staff was mostly nice, except our server forgot alot of things. MY Food was not good. I ordered a burger cooked medium rare… which is how I have ALWAYS ordered all red meat. but this was simply not cooked at all. I couldn’t even eat it; it fell apart in my hands. It was a soggy mess. There was a manager that stopped by our table a couple of times to check on us, so I’ll give them that; I know it can be hard to touch every table on a busy night. For the hour and a half that we waited to get a table, and the prices being Hard Rock Café prices, it just wasn’t worth it.

Okay it was my birthday and we just hit town so hungry we went here. The prices are insane for the lacking food. I got a salad and hubby got a steak. I also had the worse hot coffee liquar drink I have ever had in my life. The waitress was very nice mind you so none of this reflects on her. My salad was BROWN my avocado was brown and nasty. I tried to eat the rest but I rarely return food. This is the 2^nd time in my whole life I returned food. They took off the salad. Waitress was nice but I am shocked no manager came out. My husbands over priced steak was lackluster. His sides were like rubber and no flavour. I was offered anything else at this point 100plus kids showed up and we just wanted to get out of there. They offered me bday ice cream. I was excited but then told only vanilla. .wow offer ben and jerrys and all they have is vanilla. .lameeeeee. so don’t bother. I have been to other hard rocks and this was the worst ever. I think we should have gotten our whole meal free with how rotten the salad was. Great bday lunch FAIL. the waitress was nice but forget this place there are tons of better places to eat. Décor was lacking as well. Counting crows jacket… wow no.

Ordered the appetizer sampler because prices for all the apps are at least 10 a piece. four people shared the sampler… the chicken tenders had a Lil spice to them but over all good… the spinach dip was overly bland and they give you a woping five pita slices so if you actual like it you won’t have enough to eat it. onion rings where tasty. the wings where a Lil spicy and could of used more crunch. drinks where ok but super expensive hence the low rating… the food doesn’t justify the price I’ve had better apps at a mom and pop restaurant.

I have been to HRC many times. I loved it when it was in Gatlinburg but now, very disappointed. Way over priced. I was not going to pay $ 14 – 15 for a burger so I opted for chicken tenders with a side of fries. The fries were awesome. The chicken not so much. Overcooked and tasted like Arby’s curly fries. The server did not even offer to make it right. He was very cynical but came across rude at times.

I took our kids and my husband here for His birthday and I just have to say the server ROBERT WAS AMAZING! He made our evening very special and my kids loved him and wanted their pictures taken with him!!! Robert keep up the awesome job, you are why people come back! Thank you!

Avoid this one. We were expecting the hard rock café that would be of the «classic rock» kind of vein. Elvis, aerosmith, van halen maybe. However, it was all the weird metal music that has the strange videos that were NOT family friendly at all. Hardly any rock memorabilia. They should change the name to Hard Metal café. it would be more fitting. Also, the food was lackluster. We won’t be back. If you are looking for a place to take your family to eat — avoid this at all costs. Unless you own a Pantera or Megadeth t-​shirt. Then, by all means, polish your nipple rings, load up the kids and head on over.

This was horrible! All 6 of us order different items and none of us liked our food! Please avoid this place! Plus every worker was freaky looking! I have been too many hard rocks and never had food so bad! Plus felt very uncomfortable.

I really love this place. I’m rarely disappointed. On the other hand I rarely order anything other than the hamburger. The Legendary Burger is excellent. It’s cooked perfectly (medium for me) with french fry to onions and onion rings and a brioche bun I can’t imagine a better way to serve a hamburger. It’s about the best $ 15 hamburger you can buy.
The milkshakes and they were somewhat melted. I prefer my much thicker and it seem like it had sat a while before bring brought to the table. Still it’s hard to beat their chocolate milkshake.

Had the big cheese burger, I enjoyed it. Overall though with scores from our family we thought the experience was as follows.
Service — good
Food — mediocre
Price — expensive for food rating.
Would we go again probably.

I was very disappointed with this Hard Rock. Not only was the food less than desirable, but the service was terrible. We ate at the bar, and it took quite a while to even get a drink, yet alone order food. The bartenders ignored my group for the majority of the time we were there and never asked if we needed refills or how our good was. In addition, a very inappropriate comment was made by the male bartender to a young female waitress. What a horrible experience!
