Panther Knob Cottages

This is an updated review as of January 23, 2015 On Panther Knob cottage rentals. I received a nice letter and a full refund for the week that we stayed October 3 – 10, 2014 in the cabin Deerwood. I am happy to say that this matter has been resolved fully.

My family and I were looking for something affordable and out of the way where we could have privacy. We stayed in Deer Wood, because Susan told us it was all by itself. The cabin was very nice, great wrap around deck. We would sit out in the mornings and sip our coffee without any road noise. The best part was it had a full kitchen and so we found a Food City on the Pigeon Forge strip and bought our food for the week and only came back down into Pigeon Forge twice during our week stay. Overall this place is great if you are looking for privacy, it was well maintained and very clean, plus you can beat the price. Susan was super nice and very accommodating.
Warning: I am an IT Professional, and I probe the internet for reviews on this place before we came. What I noticed was shocking, the other two reviews here are from the same person (or family) spreading negative reviews all across the internet. They must have been unhappy (which is fine) but it looks like they are trying to purposely ruin a business so beware when looking for actual reviews.
