Shizzam on them taste buds. It is fairly hard to find as everyone else says. It is in the far corner of the little shopping center. That and how small it is would be the only negatives I can say about the place. The customer service was great. As soon as I entered until I left they were friendly and made sure everything was good for us. The bread was slightly toasted but not to the point the crust pokes at the inside of you mouth which each bite. It was loaded with meat and flavor. I had the reuben sandwich and it was great. The others had half sandwiches and they also said it tasted good. The half sandwiches filled them up. So if you have children or someone with smaller appetites I would suggest considering going with a half. When I am in the area I will definitely stop by and try their other sandwiches.

Delicious!!! My husband and I decided to stop by here after reading good reviews and we were not disappointed. It’s hidden in the back corner of a shopping center but the signage helped us find it. I ordered the Chub and my husband ordered the pizza loaf. I also got a buttered and salted pretzel with mustard. It was SO good! The best pretzel I’ve ever had!!! All of the food was very very delicious and the staff were all kind and helpful. Definitely will be back next time I’m in Pigeon Forge

This place is hidden and would have never known about it if it wasn’t for Unilocal! They make their own bread, it is simply amazing. Me and my wife got one whole chub sandwich along with a pretzel and split it. No way I could have eaten a whole sandwich. Wish I would have taken pics but it looked so good I completely forgot to take a pic and just dove in.

This is such a hidden gem of Pigeon Forge. It’s the best meal I’ve eaten in this area. The staff is so friendly and I love that it’s family run. The pretzels are made fresh and are always delicious. I got a half chicken salad sandwich and it was amazing. I couldn’t imagine getting a whole sandwich because the half sandwich was huge and filled me up. Inside, it feels like a French café with natural light coming in through big windows.

Very good. Also hard to find, internet required to find(or local guide). Got reuben, has lots of thick sliced(yet tender) beef! Whole wheat bread made onsite! Very filling. Great if u want a good escape from the touristy eat places!

Found this on Unilocal otherwise would never have found it. Chicken salad is great and the homemade bread is fabulous. My kids said the cinnamon sugar pretzel was the best they had ever had!

Pretzels are the best. We had a Ruben and a Philly cheese steak. Bread is awesome. Meat was flavorful and so tender. If I would have read this before going, I would have ordered the chicken salad instead. I wish they had a pop machine. You get cans, but they do give cups and ice.

Really great place. Not used to deli style, had to learn to get chips, drink, but that was ok. The people are friendly & the food was great. We had the philly steak, the chub, and pretzels. Fresh bread made in house! A definite plus. Will be back.

This was really hard to find, but it was well worth it! Prices are cheap, portions are huge, and the food is great! The steak and potatoes was awesome! Will come here every single time we come to town for sure! It’s a perfect spot because it was quite, but right beside all the attractions. You won’t regret going here!

Great sandwiches on homemade bread(the Chub is HUGE)…high quality ingredients, fresh veggies — small business off the«main drag» and away from insanity that is Pigeon Forge. Took pretzels(huge!) for next day snack… handmade and cooked to order. The pretzel bread bowl looked awesome. would try that next ! Owners were very helpful and pleasant…

Delicious! We ordered two take-out sandwiches that were fabulous. I had chicken salad and it was the best ever. My husband had a Philly steak that he loved. Portions are huge, price is great and service was amazing. Very nice people to make sure each detail was done right. And chocolate cookies were yummy after a hike. Hard to find but worth the effort. Don’t go anywhere else in town if you want the best sandwich ever.

Unless you stumble upon this by accident or you know where this is located, you probably won’t find it. It is located in a strip mall with several vacant stores. This is someplace I would highly recommend and if I were a local, I’d eat here often. I’m glad that we chose to share ours since half of one was more than enough for me. The bread is baked daily and is soo delicious. We ordered the Chub and could barely get our mouth over all of it! Give their homemade pretzels a go. They are made their daily as well.

My family went here while on vacation, and we were not disappointed! The wait was a little long to get the food, but I think that was because we had 8 people in our group. Everyone enjoyed their meal. I got a salad and a cinnamon pretzel. The pretzel was one of the best I have ever had. It was warm(freshly made) and buttery. We will be back soon!

5 stars for the bread, pretzels, and service!!! This family owned and operated business is tucked around the corner of a shopping center. We actually thought the gps took us to the wrong place at first, but the address on Unilocal is right. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich, my husband got a Chub(teehee), and a salt and butter pretzel. The sandwiches are huge! Next time, we’ll be splitting one for the both of us. The chicken salad is different and delicious, homemade with chicken breast and ranch dressing, and the size of my head. The Chub is a club sandwich on steroids. Both had amazing bread. As a pretzel purist, I can say get the salt and butter pretzel, and it needs no dipping sauce. My husband was a huge fan of the homemade honey mustard, that we got upon the owner’s suggestion. It probably has a pound of real honey in it. Neat little find… we’ll be back!

We were looking for a mom and pop sandwich place and came across this spot. It’s truly a mom and pop as we noticed a husband and wife team making the food, while their daughter was working the cashier. It’s quite difficult to find– it’s in an old strip mall tucked away in the corner, near the Reebok Outlet store. Seriously, this strip mall takes you straight back to 1994. Fortunately, the search was worth it. They bake their own bread here– thick white slices of bread that make for a great chicken salad sandwich. Prices were great too– a gigantic chicken salad sandwich with chips and a pickle was just $ 6. But I think their main prize is their pretzel. It comes in a few different flavors, and you can get a traditional pretzel, sticks, or bites. It is a terrific pretzel, and comes with a dipping sauce option also. They make it as you order it. The customer service was great and they came to check on our group many times. Definitely check this place out if you are looking for a good sandwich or pretzel.

My wife and I treated our parents to a few days in the Smokies for some R&R prior to the holiday rush. While there we happened on the Pigeon Forge Deli & Coffee Shop. It was time for a late lunch and we could not have found a better spot. We have a wide variety of likes/dislikes, and my Father is allergic to dairy, my Mother and Father are both vegetarian, and my Mother-in-Law has some medical dietary restrictions. The owner, Suzanne was fantastic; taking all of our eccentricities and requests in stride. She really went the extra mile, checking ingredient lists, offering suggestions, and overall making sure that we each had a great lunch. The service is friendly, personal, and efficient, without being rushed. As for the food — The homemade bread is AWESOME!!! The sandwiches and salads are generous and reasonable priced, and everything was made to order and fresh. Our family will make a point to visit any time we’re in the area; your family should too.

Oh my goodness! Pigeon Forge’s hidden gem. This place could suffice as a coffee shop or deli alone, but it’s both. It’s a Mom and Pop business with reasonable prices, delicious food and the friendliest people. For coffee they grinded our coffee beans before making our pot of coffee. The bread is baked fresh throughout the day. Everyone in our group was impressed. I recommend the following: hand rolled Parmesan pretzel, pizza loaf, cheese steak sandwich, chicken salad salad, tomato soup, salt and butter pretzel, frappes, coffee and their sweet tea is very impressive.
