Rockin Raceway

This was our second visit to Rockin Raceway. In all fairness, this review is biased by our amazing experience, just minutes before at Blake Jones’ racing center.
This is a professionally run and managed arcade and kart track. The staff is uniformed and easily identified. The parking is ample and well lit and overall the location is in good repair. The three ride combo, which includes $ 10.00 of play in the arcade is a great value. The combo is $ 25.00 and can be used for either single our double carts. When considering that the three ride combo for the double cart is $ 24.00, you are getting $ 10.00 in arcade credits for an extra $ 1.00 in cost; well worth it.
The track here is long and relatively flat and overall is better than others in the area. The surface is level and racing here was an absolute blast. The entire family purchased the three race combo and we absolutely went at it on the track. Overall a great time had by all.
The reason for the four stars was the inconsistency of the carts themselves. The first cart I had was slow. So much so that during the course of one race I was lapped twice. I switched carts, and although not as fast as some of the others, it was good enough to compete. Our oldest son’s cart was very slow as well and he wasn’t able to switch between races. He was bummed.
Overall a lot of fun and we are looking forward to spending some time in the arcade overt the next couple of days.

Great arcade for the kids. Lots of cool «ticket winning» games and as another poster noted, the mirrored entrance is pretty cool. All the staff we interacted with were very nice and helpful. The whole place operates on a credit card type arcade card. You load $$ on the card (very easy to do) and any tickets won automatically go onto the same card. No buckets of tokens to lug around and no wads of tickets to count. All the games seemed pretty new and the ticket rewards were all 3x what showed on the game. That added a little excitement to the games. And, when you went to redeem your points, your point total, points left, and items purchased displayed on a screen so it was very easy for kids to keep track of their «purchases». Overall, a well run arcade that made my kids very happy.

Nice spot; however you should probly wait for customers to leave before you fill your machines with the rock boxes and test their «win» ratios.
Also, one of the boxes is winnable.

Best arcade in pigeon forge in my opinion! Me and my friend always hit this arcade up every night that were in pigeon forge my favorite part (kinda cheesy) is walking in through the disco doors it’s a pretty cool way to let you know your walking into a hours on end fun time! They have replaced the tokens with a reloadable card which is easier to keep up with then a pocket full of coins check it out if your in the area

Fun arcade! Very nice selection of games for all ages. I was very pleased with the amount of tickets the games gave up. We went for our sons third birthday and he had a blast. We won lots of tickets and prizes out of the games. My wife had to pry me away from the games towards the end because I was having too much fun. We went to this arcade based on the previous reviews and we were very happy we did. Happy to leave another 5 star review good job.

My favorite arcade to go to in pigeon forge hands down. They have the most and best games to play. The games give out a ton of tickets. The staff is always super friendly. It’s clean and the location is very convenient.

The staff here was wonderful! They wanted to ensure you had a good experience. When my nephew noticed that one of the games had an open door, exposing all the tickets, he notified an attendant. She gave him 500 tickets just for being honest! My hats off to this arcade! We will be back.

Safety and fun are on the foremost objectives of the management here. It’s a really good family place with average prices, but the customer service will keep you coming back. Like with most amusements in Pigeon Forge they are all about making the experience safe for everyone, that being said the younger people in the group can have a blast.
The prices are par for the course, but to this day I keep coming here because of the consistent customer service.
