The previous reviews are completely wrong about this store. Customer service was very friendly and employees go out of their way to help you find what you’re looking for. If they don’t have it in the store, they can order it for you and offer free shipping so it’s just like you purchased it in the store and they also have a 30 day return policy in case the item doesn’t work out for you. I’ve gotta say its one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had when I was looking for cowboy boots for myself.

Extremely limited boot selection in store. You’re told that most of their footwear is available online. Customer service is slow to help and very rude.

The worst customer service I have encountered in a very long time. We found them on the Internet searching for a Western Style Holster and belt. Every employee measures the length of a belt differently. Twice now I have had to pay to ship the belt and holster back to them because they send the wrong size. I have just received another one that doesn’t fit. I am asking to speak to the owner but they say he has nothing to do with the business and he refuses to talk to me. The employees hang up on me and say sassy remarks. Should I pay to exchange another belt and have hope that it will be the right size or pay to ship it back for a refund. Either way I will be out $ 60 in shipping fees.
