Nice clean park off the beaten path. 36 total sights with some near the creeks. All have large patio with table and chairs. Some even have brick fire places and outdoor kitchens. There are no restrooms, laundry or swimming pool. Full hookups with cable TV and wifi. AT&T cell service is strong.

RVs/trailers only — great spacing, quiet, two small creeks running through the park… well out of the insanity that is Pigeon Forge. Engaged management… even let us ship a package to them and delivered to our site(forget camera charge at home, yippee Amazon Prime).
