This place is absolutely horrible and very unprofessional. Grabbing my hands, yelling and getting frustrated with me because «she» was being rough with me so I asked her to ease up a little. Long story short I would NOT recommend this place and will not return.

By far the best nail shop in Pikesvilles. Ive been nail shop shopping for a while since moving here about a year and half ago. A co worker recommend this location after I visited about ⁵⁄₆ shops within the Pikesville/Owings mills area. They have taken care of my nails and continue to. They do quality work that lasts, trust me. However, it is essential to try and make an appt as they stick by a schedule majority. They are always on time and prices are reasonable.

Horrible customer service! On their door they have a «walk ins welcome» sign but that can be further from the truth. I walked in at 3:30 today, the shop was empty. No customers at all. The employee never greeted me nor looked up from her smart phone to greet me. I tell her that I want my eyebrows done & a pedicure. Without even looking up at me she tells me that she is expecting 2 appointments & if I could come back later. I explained I could not & she said «sorry» & refused to take me. This entire conversation happened without the employee even looking at my face.
I will never come back. What establishment refuses a customer when your shop is empty!!!

Unprofessional. I was barely greeted when I entered. My nail tech was eating cookies while I soaked, and while she removed the gel polish. I don’t understand why she couldn’t either eat in the back, or wait until she finished my nails. The quality of the manicure was poor. My nails look like I could’ve done them myself.
I witnessed to customers come in and immediately turned around, vowing to never return due to the poor greeting.
Will never return!
