Mitch was patient, kind and courteous as we worked together to design a custom made ring incorporating family heirlooms and diamonds. He is a true artist! I would highly recommend him for all your jewelry needs.

Mitchell’s Jewelers is the true standard of professionalism in the jewelry business.
I have always been treated with respect, in person and over the phone, regardless of how busy the shop was. He helped design and create my fiancé’s engagement ring, and she absolutely loves it. I was invited to the shop several times, and even was invited to sit and have lunch! The price’s are more than fair and the service is exceptional, as well as speedy! He’s fixed my watches multiple time, and my fiancé’s diamond bracelet, which I also bought there. The old saying «you get what you pay for» certainly applies here, and you get: great service, beautiful jewelry, and amazing craftsmanship. Mitchell’s Jewelers will ALWAYS get my business.

I called Mitchell Jewelers for a repair inquiry and not only was spoken to rudely by the woman who answered the phone but also absolutely gouged on the price quote (hundreds more than others I contacted). Unbeknownst to me, a local jeweler I’d been working with also called them on my behalf and after comparing notes, told me that she was nasty to him as well. We’re two nice, polite guys with good phone manners, and as prospective customers, we certainly don’t deserve that kind of abuse.
Mitchell Jewelers won’t be getting my business and they deserve yours either.

I took my beautiful new Ebel watch in to get links taken out of the bracelet and they could not have been nicer even though I purchased it on the internet. The charge for this was very reasonable. They have quite a watch and jewelry repair operation there and even do watch repairs for Nordstrom and Smyth Jewelers. I’ll definitely be back in the future!

Mitchell is extremely talented and a delight to work with. He reset my diamond solitaire and did a spectacular job. I presented a design idea to him and he ran with it from conception to the end. He kept in close contact with me seeking my approval every step of the way. And in the end… perfection. I LOVE it!!! 5 Stars for professionalism, timeliness, price, creativity, communication, and warm personality. I have gone back for smaller things and he is consistantly a pleasure to do business with. I look forward to working with Mitchell again on another project one day!
