This is the greatest apartment complex in the area. The apartments are huge with more closets and pantries than I had in my four story house. The indoor/​outdoor pool is awesome. The staff is great. Maintenance is on top of everything. We recently got new windows and sliding doors and landscaping. They added community grills and benches. The management holds community events from pool parties to coffee/​book chats to chair massages. Snow removal during Blizzard 2016 was great. 31 buildings and they were on top of it. They did their best getting sidewalks and walkways first, then streets and then helping residents with their cars. It’s a gated community where you can choose high rise or garden style apartments on acres of woods and beautiful land. Oh yeah, they are dog and cat friendly

These apartments are awesome! Very spacious and upscale finishes are included. Not to mention they are pretty much brand new due to renovations. Southern management is the best management company to me. They are very attentive and go the extra mile. Zach in leasing is awesome! He was very patient and easy to work with! A dog owners paradise! You should definitely go in for a visit! Washer and Dryer in every apartment home and huge walk in and tons of closet space!

I love living at Pomona! The staff is wonderful and the apartments are very spacious and gorgeous! The location is convenient (close to the Supermarket and shopping centers). Pomona is also close to 695. My kids and husband love it here!
