Had an excellent dinner for my husbands birthday. I had a Old bay shrimp pasta dish, that was probably the best shrimp dish I’ve ever had. I asked my waitress Angie to bring him a piece of cake and she did and she found a candle and she sang happy birthday with me to him. She was excellent and provided superior attention and service! Going in you don’t expect much in pilot mountain but this place certainly surprised us!

Rigatonis serves delicious Italian food! Love their pizza, pasta dishes and their antipasto salad is the ultimate party in your mouth!!! Absolutely LOVE this restaurant!!!

Me and my family eat here sometimes. I had a terrible experience one night. They put the wrong toppings on my pizza and when I called the manager/​owner he was a complete jerk. He advised I could drive back there 20 miles and he would fix the problem. I asked to come back another day and he refused. Waitresses are very nice but owner is extremely rude and unprofessional.

Rigatoni’s has good sandwiches. The cheese steak special is probably the best. I wish the pasta dishes tasted as good as the cheese steak special, but special the pasta dishes aren’t. Large portions, but very bland tomato sauce.
The crusty bread is fantastic though.
Pizza is pretty good but can be really greasy with pepperoni especially. You’ll want to get extra napkins to dab off the grease.
Salads are large and very tasty.
Service is more than adequate.

Not only is this the best Pizza in Pilot Mountain, it’s better than anything that I’ve gotten in NYC. The sauce, cheese, and crust are not what I was expecting from a pizza joint in small southern town. My only issue is with the pasta entrees. They are ok but not something I’d order again. Stick with the pizza and you can’t go wrong here!

Hey, you on US 52. Yeah, you! I know you’re hungry. If your looking for local food and you like pizza, Rigatoni’s is your place! Want a salad? Go somewhere else. Only iceberg lettuce and a few extras. But, want good NY style pizza in the sticks? You’ve found your dream come true. It is worth the stop.

This place has some pretty good pizza. Fettucine Alfredo was also pretty good.
