Pilot Point, TX
Better than the average Pizza Hut. Highly recommend custom made salads. Pizza toppings are generous. Décor is pleasant. Two TVs always tuned to sports. Good value. Friendly service from staff. No experience with their delivery, but why not stop in instead?

The food is the typical Pizza Hut. The reason for the 1 star though is due to the lady at the counter Kim. She might be the rudest and worst customer service person I have ever dealt with. She was completely put out to do her job. She was rude to every person that came through the line. Hopefully they have a manager who cares and will get this corrected with all of their staff. Unacceptable!!!
