Guy showed up three hours late claiming he was waiting for the weather to warm up because water can freeze in cold temps — never was it below freezing that day. I ended up running an errand as soon as he arrived and immediately got a call that his pressure washer broke and he was unable to even start cleaning the house. I asked if he was just going to run back to get another washer and return, he said no and that he would call when it was fixed. Wasted time dealing with this company and no dependability. Beware!
