Very disappointed with my experience at this establishment. «Best burger in the tri city area» was far from it. The wait staff was slow and it took forever to get my food even though the place wasn’t busy. Overall disappointed with my experience.

I go to Cj’s every chance I’m in town! I’m a vegetarian– foodie that lives in metro Detroit. Going out to eat is my biggest hobby. I live to eat, I don’t eat to live… So you can only imagine how many options I have and how many times a week I go out to eat, living in metro detroit. Out of all my experiences I would have to say Cj’s has by far one of favorite sandwiches (the crunch Wrap) I ever had! I’ve had most of their apps as well and they too, are amazing. And for the carnivores, this is one of my husband’s favorite spots for their burgers and wraps. I highly recommend this place, not only for the food but the great service and staff as well! You would be surprised how diverse their menu is, being in such a small town. Definitely one of my favorite stops.

Great burgers, fast service, friendly owner and staff, reasonably priced for a sit down get serve red restaurant, I can’t say enough about this place. Worth the stop, I have found a new place to stop when I’m up north camping.

Great spot. Owner is friendly, staff attentive, and food tasty. Unlike most sports places the sound is not overpoweringly loud. Occasional local live music is fun. They bring in a bit of local beer on tap which adds to the hometown feel. We like it and visit often.

With little to choose from along M-​13 other than fast food or dingy restaurants, CJs was a nice change. Clean, friendly, and attentive service. Menu is standard bar food w/​good burger. Couple nice TVs for the sport enthusiast, but quiet for the family. I appreciated the clean bathrooms, and carpet. Food was good. No complaints. Will be back when traveling to our cabin.

Driving home from up north, looking for something more than fast food. Felt like our favorite place back home, though with more Tigers, less Buckeye/​Indian décor! Enjoyed the BALT and a Swiss Mushroom burger. Buy a candy bar for $ 1, save $ 2 on your bill! (Thanks for that tip!)

Heading back from up north and didn’t want fast food. The food was great, friendly fast service, and clean atmosphere. We had a party of 12 and there were no issues. I would definately to back.

What luck stumbling upon this gem! Friday night walleye special for 8.99. Lightly breaded with unique pickle tartar sauce. Large portions. Great value. The owner/​bartender was extremely friendly along with all of their waitstaff. We stopped in late with 3 little boys. They were fantastic – accommodating the kids and gave the boys baseball cards, which was a HUGE hit. As said before, the portions were generous and reasonably priced. The menu is a good variety of bar food/​salads/​burgers/​wings, with a few surprises. Loved it and will be back!

This restaurant just opened up. Our first two visits encountered some problems, as with any new business. Fortunately the owner is DEDICATED to fixing the issues and has bent over backwards to make the customer happy. Give this restaurant a chance and give the owner feedback on how they are doing, good and bad.
