Nick at Jake’s Limo and Wedding Trolley was AMAZING!!! So professional! The transportation went like clockwork! From the pick up of the groom and groomsman, to the bridesmaids and then the bride and parents, to the reception and end of evening transportation to the hotel! We could not be happier with our choice of Jake’s Wedding Trolley! The Trolley was so clean and cutely decorated! We love the white exterior and wood inside! The fireplace in the back adds nostalgic charm! One of the best parts was after the wedding ceremony at the church, the bride and groom, attendants and both sets of parents could ride together to the reception and enjoy a glass of champagne! The Trolley was so much easier to walk onto when compared to climbing down into a limo in our fitted evening wear! I wholeheartedly recommend a Trolley from Jake’s!!! Mother of a very happy Bride and Groom!!!

This is my first Unilocal review and it is an absolute necessity after dealing with Jake’s Wedding Trolley this last weekend for a wedding. I’ll try to use small words with fewer-syllables so Nick, the driver I am referring to, can read this. I can only describe the service as shocking. Things started off relatively fine, however, it is never a sign of class, professionalism or good times ahead when the driver is cursing out the window and aggressively damning the police and parking assistants that are telling him that he can’t idle in a certain location. With minimal interaction between then and the end of our time with Nick, the culmination was one for the record books. Nick was given a check for the amount due when he arrived to first pick up the bridal party. He rolled his eyes when he was handed the check for the full amount due. He then said«if you’re going to pay with a check, I have to charge state tax» to what the payer said«that’s fine and I’ll even add extra money to the check if you feel inconvenienced.» Nick said ok but continued to complain OUTLOUD while driving the bridal party from church to reception– a shocking display of classlessness. He then confronted the payer again(A father trying to enjoy his daughter’s wedding day) saying he needs cash or to confirm legitimacy of the check(I’ll add that it’s now 5PM on a Saturday when banks are closed and regardless, IT’S HISDAUGHTER’S WEDDINGDAY!) Nick, the trolley driver then said he would drive the Father of the Bride to an ATM to get cash since the check couldn’t be verified because, again, it’s 5PM on a Saturday and banks were closed. Less than interested in dealing with someone trying to run a scam business(and if Nick reads this, be aware that your business will be audited once I make the proper authorities aware of your business practices. Further confirmed by the other post here.), the Bride’s Father walked into the reception. From there, Nick took it upon himself to physically confront other members of the bridal party, threatening to «beat the sh*t out» out of them and even going as far as grabbing one by the shirt. Again, keep in mind that he was paid 2 hours earlier via check which was understood to be a legitimate form of payment. Nick continued to antagonize the customers and again attempted to get physical with them until he was restrained. On more than one occasion, Nick began to unbutton his vest to prepare to fight the members of the bridal party and said«come onto the trolley and I’ll break your f*cking jaw». With further audacity, Nick tried threatening the customers by stating he had called the NYPD that would sort out the situation(again, HEWASPAIDINFULLALREADY). Finally, Nick was given cash and he left. How someone could be so unprofessional and classless is beyond comprehension – especially on someone’s wedding day(and to her father). There will be charges filed against Nick and Jake’s Wedding Trolley and the business will be properly assessed and vetted as it’s more than likely that there is tax evasion being undertaken. If you didn’t get the point here, DONOTUSEJAKE’S WEDDINGTROLLEY! He will get what he deserves and no one should ever have to deal with such white trash. It’s supposed to be the best day in someone’s life and clearly he has other interests.

This review is for contract process only. You do not want a company like this on your wedding team. Refuses to e-mail, insists on cash, bush league handwritten contract. The nasty man who runs this business from a cell phone is not someone you want to deal with on your wedding day. Unprofessional and shady.
