I think this Pizza Hut is the worst, I have ever ordered from. I don’t know how anyone can mess up a veggie pizza (no cheese) but they did. The guy over the phone was very rude. I never wasted my time ordering from this location again!

Super bowl Sunday!
Waited 30 minutes for them to tell me what I ordered was not available. Then waited another 30 for the new pizza to be made. No price adjustment for the screw up either!
They were short staffed, which caused a very long delay for everyone.
This a run of the mill type of place. The pizza quality is similar to all Pizza Hut type restaurants.
I haven’t gone to Pizza Hut in a very long time. This place reminded me again why I hate Pizza Hut. I will never go to them again. Thanks for nothing! If I could give negative stars in this review I would.
This type of thing never happens at papa johns.

Thanks BookIt! for getting me addicted to personal pan pizzas.
That being said, I love personal pan pizzas, specifically with jalapenos. The only downside to this location that I’ve found is that they don’t deliver to Parsippany. I’m 3 miles down 46 and they won’t deliver! Ahhhhh!
Employees that I’ve encountered are very nice, no complaints there. Give ‘em a shot if you’re in the mood for «faux» pizza.

Worst service ever. Do not go here. Management fools around with employees and is rude to their customers. There was a mistake on my order and I did not receive an apology AND waited an additional twenty minutes AND paid full price. The location is not worth it.
