I think it’s terrible that they allow their sales people, «energy consultants» to just walk around peoples private property unannounced! If I wanted your product, I’d call and SCHEDULE an appointment. Creepy guy walked all around my house and deck, never knocking on the door and freaking out my dog, child and myself. I would NEVER use this company just based on that!!! totally unprofessional!!!

Great things do happen to Good people!
I am so very thankful that James from Vivint came to my door and proposed installing a free Vivint solar system on my roof. He sat down with us for hours explaining the process and was really sincere about getting to know me, my family and even my neighbors. So much so in fact that his entire NJ Pine Brook office came out and volunteered planting new gardens and trees where homes had been removed from the hurricane Irene aftermath; all in the name of supporting the green initiative and giving back to the community in Denville.
The professionalism of the company and its representatives really instill a confidence like none else. I work for a company that is the main sponsor of Olympic hospitality services at each Olympic Games around the world, and I can honestly say the quality and caliber of customer service that Vivint provides is spectacular. You can tell the people from Vivint are passionate about what they do and it shows!
I can’t wait to get my panels installed so I can start saving money and saving trees!
