FULL DISCLOSURE: We gave RHE Electric a heads up on this negative post as recently as yesterday to see if they would respond. They did not.
RHE Electric was hired to provide multiple outlet installs, run a cable and ethernet line to our basement from the living room and install Moraccan lanterns in the basement.
We have spent the better part of the last two months attempting to reach Ryan, the owner, in an effort to call us to address the outstanding issues. It is unfortunate to state this but once RHE Electric received payment, we never heard from them again. It was not until late summer when we continued with the basement renovations that DirecTV discovered that not only had the cable lines been run incorrectly but the ethernet line was wrong as well as the wall outlet. They installed a phone jack instead of a ethernet jack. The cable and ethernet wires were not connected to anything and had been exposed to the elements outside for six months corroding them.
Ryan was so polite through the entire process when he was here. We never heard back from Ryan regarding the lantern installation. We basically paid $ 825.00 for a few outlets to be installed and good conversation.
